I was served by a guy at the front desk / reception and he was friendly and willing to help which made the stay pleasant.
Location is about 5-10mins walk to the city centre and there is a convenience store a few minutes away from the hotel.
Clean and spacious room and the toilet - there was air-conditioning which is a plus point especially during the summer season.
I would pick this hotel again when I am back at Mechelen and Brussels in the future.

Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. 24 uurs bemande receptie. Luxe van parkeergarage, wel extra kosten. Mooie schone kamer, prachtig uitzicht over de stad, heerlijke bedden ! Nagenoeg geluidsdichte ramen. Het zwembad was super en schoon, netjes.

Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf hier. De service was perfect, met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamer bood alle comfort die je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf. En het ontbijt? Super lekker! Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Kortom, een echte aanrader!
