"Upon my arrival at 6:30 PM, there was no one at reception. I met a hotel guest in the lobby who told me to go to the Ibis hotel across the street to complete the formalities. I had booked online, including breakfast for two, and was then informed that this option was no longer available and that the corresponding amount would be refunded to my credit card later! However, it is clearly stated in the hotel that breakfast was discontinued in December 2024. Yet, this option is still listed as valid on the website in June 2025! Furthermore, despite being in a non-smoking room, I noticed a very unpleasant smell of stale tobacco upon arrival. However, the cleanliness of the room and common areas was not an issue. Even though this hotel has been renovated, there has been a decline in service over the years, and some errors on the website remain uncorrected."

"I sleep about 200 days a year in hotels. From Hilton through ibis to AirBnB I have a lot of things through. However, this was my last reservation for Ibis. Since I was prevented from business, I wanted to cancel the reservation. Unfortunately, it is clear to me, but a large hotel chain like Ibis should at least put a little value on customers and get something to the right. That was the last time, thank you!"
