Very nice and spacious rooms. Good commodities and friendly people working in the hotel.

Stopped here for a night on way west. This is a great property that is in a quiet neighborhood. Eating options nearby. Everything was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent free breakfast in the morning with enough room, when we were there, to find a place to sit and eat.

A typical Springhill Suites, very comfortable and well located. Breakfast was enjoyable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Availability of luggage carts was helpful. The fridge in the room was nice too. Several restaurants in the area too in Zona Rosa.

This looks like a fairly new hotel. The hotel itself was clean. The only unclean thing I saw was a long dark hair around the TV remote in my room. Breakfast was served starting at 7:00 am. There was yogurt, eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, pre-cooked waffles, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and some other items. They forgot the gravy, and I want a big fan of the pre-cooked waffles. They were a bit soggy from sitting in a chafing pan. I had a single king room with a desk, couch, and mini fridge. The hotel is next to a ton of eating establishments and a fairly large shopping center. I'd stay here again if in the area.

From the time you walk in you are greeted buy one of the nicest front desk clerk. Each of the clerks we meet were excellent. Our stay was for 6 days and each day was fantastic. Our room was clean and comfortable. Each morning they served up a great breakfast. Every day was slightly different and the two individuals that worked the breakfast area were as nice as they could be and they always kept it clean. We are so glad we selected Springhill Suites it is now are hotel of choice when we visit Kansas City Missouri. You won’t regret it.

I stayed here with an out-of-town friend on a long weekend. This is a newer property and well-kept. Our queen suite was very spacious with a small refrigerator (no freezer, however), microwave, and mini coffeemaker. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space. No face cloths were provided and we had to ask the front desk for some. One outlet on the nightstand was not working. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was no dresser but rather a side/sofa table with two drawers and a shelf underneath for storage, but more drawers would have been helpful given the length of our stay. The walk-in closet was spacious and additional hangers were provided upon request as there were only a few in the closet. A large flat-screen TV was mounted on the wall between the bedroom and the sofa. We were shocked on the last night of our stay when we put the TV back in place that it fell off the wall! Panic! Upon talking to the hotel manager the following morning, we were told that there was an ongoing lawsuit against a contractor who did not use anchors when installing televisions, towel bars, etc. My friend and I were concerned about the safety of guests, especially children, if something like a heavy TV could fall off a wall! We hope the hotel management/owner has taken steps to mitigate this safety issue.

Our Grandchildren enjoyed the beautiful pool.

Very nice hotel, but was very disappointed that I was not told ahead of time that you have to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance. When I flew out, I had called the afternoon before and was put on the list. I asked the man that dropped me off if I call when I get back to get picked up and he said yes. When I called, I was told I had to book 24 hours in advance. Had to take an Uber back to the hotel. The main reason I chose to stay here the night before was to take the stress off of being picked up and dropped off.
