I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the entire service. The hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. The room was mediocre and lacked basic cleanliness. The food was terrible with very limited variety. The restaurant itself was disgusting and unhygienic. My whole experience was disappointing. I wonder how this hotel is still operational and how people are still making reservations here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Went with family of 10 for a Rs. 1400 per person day package (Rs14,000) . No planning to accommodate us despite booking and payment in advance. Receptionist was rude, fighting with a colleague in front of us. No chairs at the pool, and when I asked, they told us to pull them from the restaurant ourselves! Mojito tasted like lime water, tea-time had terrible gato lissou!!. The toilet was filthy, cats were walking around the dining area—so unhygienic! And it’s January, full summer, and they don’t have cold coke! Total waste of money—avoid this place!

We went there from 3th to 5th Jan. We got a bad a experience a the beginning. The employees were rude and bad manners starting from the gate man, receptionist and the manager. And one guy named Sanjay was impolite and behave like the hotel was for him. At the bar Anwar was arrogant and showing bad hatitude towards us. The only staff that we have appreciate we're Manoj and Mryna. The foods and drinks were aweful. For breakfast, lunch and dinner. The area was filthy and smell bad. Got a crab in the bathroom tub. Hopefully the owner can take action and amend the situation. Don't recommend at all this, during our last stay in Easter we went there and it was different. Since the arrival of the new manager things have changed Hope someone will have guts to response to our review. Otherwise the hotel will shut down soon

One of the worst experience at a "hotel". Nearer to a guesthouse grade! Go at your OWN RISK.... The first day we wanted to leave the hotel asap....(the staffs are all jack of all trade) 1. There is no one to bring your luggage to the room as the receptionist tried to do it 2. The room was not that clean....pillows etc seemed to have been hand washed at best and there were "traces of dirt" left from previous occupants. 3. The restaurant was old but worse it lacked hygiene....the housekeeping staffs were also cooks, waiters, gatemen etc. Food was prepared under a "tent" in the car park. 4. Rats everywhere, the kitchen utensils were often dirty as they were washed just behind by 1 person. 5. Food lacked variety and often in LIMITED edition! Eg breakfast: some french fries, sausage if available, baked beans, 1 or 2 varieties of fruits at best or nothing at all, the omelette was being done in a pan which has not been washed for years with carbon deposits clearly to be seen....you often need to ask the staff for food as it is vert limited and you may even need eg to take 1 piece of chicken to ensure other guests can eat as well. Not value for money and those who put 5 stars are those who have been able to have eg the food first before it is finished or have received a complimentary drink from the staff to calm them down! Go and see for yourself

On the plus side - it’s best for large families with children who are celebrating an event or want lots of food, splash in the pool all day and party (non stop dance music from 8.00am). The staff do their best to make you feel welcome and are friendly. The food is excellent and the best feature of the hotel. On the negative side - not good for couples or adults wanting a quiet break to relax, it’s noisy. The full board is soft drinks with meals only (information on meals etc isn’t always clear). Get to dinner early to avoid missing out to those who like large/multiple servings! There is no swimming beach (beautiful rocks but sadly full of plastic and other rubbish so not good for walks/exploring). The hotel badly needs renovation (e.g. broken doors, bathroom fittings). There’s no functioning shop on site so a short walk to the local supermarket if needed.
