Extremely outdated, cleaning services were every 4 days instead of 2 which probably helps the fact that I didn’t get bed bugs, but that rest of my team of 25 people did. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take the time to travel the extra 15 minutes into Little Rock.

Carpet torn in the room. Chairs frayed. We had to beg for room to be cleaned and fresh towels. All areas need updated. Front desk staff was friendly but cleaning crew was not very nice when ask to please clean room.

Here's the deal. The Good: Check in and out was easy, room was clean, breakfast tasted good, breakfast staff was friendly. The not so good: This place is REALLY run down. Room furniture/carpet, seating in breakfast area...too many things to mention.. but if a Hilton top exec comes in this place and looks around much at all, this place will be rebranded to a lesser tier hotel in about 2 seconds. Just sayin'.

I came in for an event and the staff was very helpful. The location was well lit. There was ample parking, very clean and good breakfast. It is close to other eateries. I can't wait to go back to this location.

Rooms, beds, and linens are clean. Special care is taken to ensure breakfast room/coffee station are clean too (cups and utensils are individually wrapped and gloves are offered at the buffet station). Breakfast was cheese filled omelettes and maple glazed sausages - a twist on the normal Hampton Inn eggs, potatos, and sausages.

Found a scorpion in room. Room wasn't cleaned well. Previous guests' dirty clothes left in bathroom. Metal towel rack fell off door on to foot. No towels/wipes to clean off gym equipment. Treadmills broken. Poor customer service.

There was a big fight in the hallway outside our room right after we got in. A woman was attacked and knocked to the ground and the man chased out of the hotel. The police eventually showed up, but the hotel refused to let us change rooms. The clerk lied and said they were all full (I went on their website and they had every type of room available that night and there were like five cars in the parking lot). I understand violence sometimes happens, but the person lying was unacceptable. What's the point of being HiltonHonors members if they treat you like that.

Our room was clean and quiet and up to snuff for Hampton properties. Breakfast was good, and the ubiquitous omelette was not overcooked! The best part was the service. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful and most personable. The hotel is also conveniently located.

We only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer as hotel was very nice. Everything was clean and smelled good. Staff was friendly. Wonderful breakfast with a variety of hot and cold food options.
