Nous avions réservé une chambre pour deux personnes. En arrivant nous avons constaté que la chambre n’avait été faite que pour une personne. Nous avons informé la réception qui nous a assuré qu’il ferait le nécessaire… rien fait donc un seul linge, un seul gobelet un seul café… alors ça vaut… un!

Bel établissement. L’accueil est formidable tout comme le personnel. L’on n’y dort bien et les repas sont excellents. Difficile de trouver mieux à des kilomètres à la ronde. Je recommande vivement.

Très bien situé dans le centre de Maubeuge. Personnel présent, très à l'écoute et chaleureux. Chambre propre et d'un grand confort. La brasserie excellente nous avons bien mangé.. Une adresse que je recommande vivement . Top

Nous souhaitions séjourner dans cet hôtel une nuit la semaine prochaine. Avons fait une demande de réservation via leur site : aucune réponse 24h après, même pas un mail et au téléphone "y a person qui ne répond." Etonnant pour un hôtel de ce niveau qui semble propose de très belles prestations. Evitez d'y aller au mois d'août...

Receptioniste heeft gezorgd dat ik een passende oplossing kreeg voor mijn lengte van 2,20 meter! Dit door mij en mijn collega een grote kamer aan te bieden! En heeft geprobeerd om een oplossing te vinden voor het WiFi netwerk! Zeer goede ervaring en verblijf bedankt!

Pour un voyage d’affaires nous avons dû réserver au grand Hôtel, l’Ibis voisin étant complet. Séjour assez décevant, tablette de salle de bain qui n’est pas fixée, support de sèche cheveux qui vous reste dans les mains, pommeau de douche qui fuit. Un point positif la literie est confortable ! Au niveau du petit déjeuner gros point noir! Digne d’un hôtel des années 90… Le choix en salé ridicule (babybel et saucisson) des barquettes de gelée aux fruits (enfin sucre coloré et arôme!) du jus orange au distributeur… si vous êtes intolérant au gluten et ou lactose vous pouvez passer votre tour! La prochain fois nous ferons le nécessaire pour réserver à l’ibis d’à côté !
