I checked into this hotel on the 21st of June 2021. I booked through another travel website and after being checked in they call me back down to the desk saying the payment didn’t go through and I was charged twice by the hotel. I noticed this on my credit card statement and when I called the hotel they said they couldn’t find my reservation. After calling the travel website I booked through I was told to call the hotel again where I found out the name on the reservation was nowhere close to my actual name even though I have them my ID at the initial check in and my card when they said the payment didn’t show. And I even asked them will I be charged twice and they told me no. Every time I called the manager wasn’t in even during the times they told me to call. It is now 9 months later and after calling the travel company again to check the status of my claim, they tell me the hotel has not answered any of their calls to rectify the issue. However, the new person handling my case has been tremendously helpful in a 7 minute phone than anybody has been in the past 9 months. I used to like this place but I don’t play about my money. They have incompetent staff working in this hellhole and all the amenities they say they have is a lie.
