Highly recommended. The bus station and JR station are only three minutes' walk away. I booked a single room with a bed of 1.4 or 1.5 meters. The room is small, but it is very comfortable for one person. It is very new and clean. The area is small but the design is clever. It has everything. There is also breakfast, which is cost-effective. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast was changed.
Recommended, the cost-effectiveness is really good.
