傳統的日式旅館，豐富的早餐和晚餐，住了兩天都不重樣。熱心善良的老爺爺老闆，超出預期的服務。有温泉和車站的接送服務。

Fabulous night with our grown up daughter. Amazing food lovingly prepared, a good and large traditional room, and a very nice onsen. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. The outdoor onsen was u/s and the old gardens need attention but the view of the garden from both bedroom and breakfast room was very nice. High points would be both meals and the lovely onsen. Dinner was served at a table in our room. What a meal! Breakfast was also excellent. Room was lovely, and we were well looked after.

一言で言うと『学生リゾートアルバイトで全て運営させているような、社員を育成すると言う概念が皆無のお宿』でした。 割烹という名も驚きの料理内容。美味しい物が普通の宿なら何かしら一つはあると思いますが… 室内に虫が大量に飛んでいて気持ちが悪いです。 対して宿の作りは悪くないです。ただ、入口のとこに大量の粗大ゴミを置いて衝立で隠すのはいいかがなものか？ 旅館に泊まったというより、田舎の一般家庭に泊めて頂いたという感覚に近いような… お金はしっかり旅館価格でしたが。

従業員が少ない事をしきりに言われて、忙しいを連発してました。予約してすみませんって感じでした。温泉と夜景は良かったけど、サービスが残念でした。

庭園が素晴らしく、宿の外観もよく、期待が高まっていたのですが…。 部屋のエアコンや障子の枠に埃が溜まっていたり、部屋の設備が急に故障したり、朝食会場がかなり寒かったり、露天風呂がすごくぬるく、朝入ったときには内風呂までぬるくなっていたり…。 割烹旅館を名乗る割には食事のお味も普通。 設備を最低限整えて清潔感ある掃除をする等で、結構いい宿になると思うのに残念。リピートはないです。
