Worst ever hotel seen in my life. They do not give correct password for Wi-Fi connection and will claim that router is out of order They switch off AC in midnight from downstairs and if you complain then we will get answer that main electricity has gone and will restart only if you fight According to them hot water is not necessary in august In my room geyser was out of order when I started arguing it started working after almost 1 hr They also increased the price which was told earlier,of tea and breakfast when you check outb I will not visit this hotel even if it is only hotel in Mathura

Location is great, big car parking, friendly and helpful receptionist and staff, big room and itself was well equipped, cleaned and comfortable, clean washroom with all amenities, food quality is good. Definitely, i will be back for another visit in the future.

Rooms were clean and overall ambience was good however room service was poor. You have to remind them same thing again and again then only you will get the expected service. Food quality was average. Tandoori roti was too hard. I tried twice, one time plain roti and second time butter roti but no joy at all. Both of the times i had to chew the bread so hard.

We have been going to Wingston for the last 8-9 years. This is our go-to-place to stay whenever we visit Goverdhan. Proximity to the Parikrama path, easy access to the main temples and GOVERDHAN town are a huge plus. However the biggest attraction for me and my family is their food. You can't get better satvik/Vaishana food anywhere else in the Giverdhan. Kitchen is clean, they can customize the spice level to suit my kids' level. Staff is very nice, specially their manager Brahamjeet Ji. We also celebrated our parents 50th wedding anniversary last year, booked one floor, shipped relatives from all over India. Given that we knew nobody in the Goverdhan town, Wingston management helped us organized all the support functions like DJ, MC, taxi etc. We all had great family reunion and all the relatives also got chance to circumambulate the holy Goverdhan. After trying multiple places, this is our favorite place and it makes my family feel at home.
