The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was firm but comfortable. I love that they have Dove products. Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

Well these ppl that work there at the desk late at night with little to no supervision around. Let me tell you something. They have an outstanding team. Right off the
Back the rum is overbooked. The whole hotel is booked not a room left in there Vacant. Did the hostess start to work at magic just so happened she found room it was handicap. Assessable only made much much bigger room. It was well over what was expected. And the people were absolutely wonderful From the moment We walked in with no hopes whatsoever that we find a room , till that moment we checked was.

When i got to my room, i noticed the room hadnt been cleaned prior to my arrival. Used towels on the bathroom floor, food in the garbage and bed wasnt made. I was too exhausted to go back down to the front desk and get another room.

Staff was super friendly and property was clean. However, the ac unit in our room was not working. Front desk was accommodating & moved me to another room. Unfortunately the ac unit in that room did not work as well and the room was freezing making it extremely difficult to sleep. A little disappointed about the stay, although it was not the front desks fault.
