Simply amazing stay in Matera. Modern, comfortable, fully reimagined sassi- it was even better than it looked! The hotel provided very helpful parking and bus instructions, and were super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend!

All the things were great, except that the check out arrangement were terrible. The staff supposed to arrange a shuttle bus for us to go back the car park. However, the staff didn't tell us and did not answer the phone, when the shuttle is arrived. So we missed the shuttle and the outside temperature is over 35 degree , so we have to find our way back to the car park.

Amazing place, highly recommend staying here when you visit Matera. The staff and environment is worth the travel through the cobblestone with your suitcase

This hotel was absolutely stunning.. the service was amazing, everything was replenished daily, the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend and go back again

Bonjour, Conquis par les critiques dithyrambiques, je sors de mon séjour ici déçu. Si la vue de l’hôtel vaut le détour, le rapport qualité prix est terrifiant: - un petit déjeuner de piètre qualité (que de l'industriel, tres peu de choix, quantité largement insuffisante pour à peine 6 personnes dans l’hôtel, pas d’œufs) - on nous parle d’un SPA qui semble fermé et inaccessible - la douche est sale et mériterait un coup de peinture - le service laisse à désirer: — les bouteilles d’eau sont payantes (1,70€ pièce) alors qu’il fait 40 degrés dehors et qu’après une semaine dans les Pouilles et 6 hôtels différents, c’est le premier hôtel qui fait ça — absence totale à la réception, jamais personne présent. - multiplications des échantillons de savons et de shampoing individuels car refus De remplir les flacons de la salle de bain Matera vaut largement le détour mais vous trouverez mieux ailleurs pour le même prix ou moins cher!
