A very, very rare new hotel in Europe. It is right on the edge of the old town of Matera. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The parking was originally charged, but it was confiscated in the end. I don’t know if I heard it wrong or forgot.

An amazing choice for Matera. The location is walking distance to everything. The hotel is brand new modern clean and very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Onsite paring is there costs 20 euro for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again definitely if I came to visit again. Oh also the breakfast was pretty good. Not spectacular. But for sure good enough.

Hotel situato in posizione strategica all'inizio del centro storico. Parcheggio convenzionato a ridosso dell'hotel. Camere spaziose e finemente arredate. Personale attento, premuroso e gentile. Pulizia ottima, colazione perfetta con molti prodotti locali. SPA da prenotare e che rende il soggiorno ancor più piacevole...consigliatissimo.

Great hotel! Very modern, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast ample for Italian standards. Friendly and helpful waiter at breakfast. Only downside was parking (25 euros/day), but we parked for free on the street 200 meters away. Very good location. Nice view from balcony.

Nous avons eu l’occasion de loger dans cet hôtel car il était choisi par l’agence organisant notre circuit. Même s’il ne correspond pas du tout à nos goûts (nous préférons quelque chose de plus authentique, celui-ci, très design pourrait se situer dans n’importe quel autre site), nous avons apprécié la grandeur de la chambre et de la salle de bains. Le petit déjeuner excellent était l’un des plus variés de notre séjour et le personnel est très professionnel. Un petit bémol, en marchant pieds nus dans la chambre, nous avons constaté que le sol n’était pas aussi propre qu’il aurait dû et la moquette devant la porte d’entrée aurait eu besoin d’un bon coup d’aspirateur, constat fait les deux jours de notre séjour. Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la ville et accessible en taxi depuis la gare routière pour une quinzaine d’euros.
