La struttura è moderna, nuova, anche se ricorda un po' un college prefabbricato, adatta alle famiglie, con camera ampia , pulita, funzionale, bagno comodo, doccia ampia, colazione ottima, personale disponibile e gentile. Unica pecca la zona industriale in cui è ubicata, e la strada per arrivare in alcuni punti buia e un po' dissestata. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Come bonus poi c'è un bel gattino fuori che ti accoglie.

Hotel nuovissimo camere ampie, comode e pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima abbondante con un'ampia scelta e prodotti di qualità. Piacevole la piscina. Nei pressi della città a lato, della SS 655, comodissima per chi è in viaggio e di passaggio. Di converso è posto in una zona industriale senza particolari servizi, comunque comoda per raggiungere il centro per chi è in auto.

We stayed two days, with the children. The Hotel Mosaico is fantastic, ten minutes from the Sassi of Matera. The staff is super helpful and kind, the breakfast was excellent, both savoury and sweet, delicious cappuccino, cakes and filled croissants the best!!

We travel often but we have never come across a 4 star hotel in these conditions… Poor cleaning and in some parts of the hotel non-existent. Even more safety if we consider that the entrance to the pool and the return to the room is done from the emergency stairs so anyone can access the rooms because the doors are not alarmed… But it is a regular at this structure to occupy the passage of the emergency doors (I attach a photo) The rooms have broken and dirty bathrooms in fact we changed 3 rooms because the bathrooms were unpresentable and with pieces of wall and detached sanitary ware. The pool with insects and cleaning machines in the water but evidently not working.
