We enjoyed stay in this fantastic and ‘unique’ hotel in Maspalomas for the second time. Thank you Dorian for offering us the upgrade in Villa - really appreciated. All the staff are kidn, smiling and professional (Davide, Emanuele etc etc). Food, cocktails and beverages were really good. The concept of this resort it’s quite similar to a boutique hotel, where the customers are snuggled by the staff! Strongly recommend. See you next time. Marco & Alberto

Cuarto año que nos quedamos en este maravilloso hotel. Es verdad que vinimos por las vistas, las habitaciones y el desayuno..., pero repetimos por el personal que tiene. Es un lujo desde los camareros (Iván, Lolo, Josue, David, Álvaro, ...), al personal de limpieza (grande ese Iván y sus compañer@s) pasando por los maravillosos chefs y el personal de recepción. Es un amor incondicional el que ya tenemos con Seven. Volveremos y gracias a ese personal seguiremos repitiendo

Comme toujours nous avons passé un agréable séjour grâce à la gentillesse du personnel aux petits soins pour nous c’est un vrai plaisir de constater que l’accueil se maintient à niveau proche de l’excellence. Toutefois il faudrait que la Direction prenne en compte les remarques que nous avons déjà formulées : distributeur de savon dans les douches à remplacer, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, la qualité des petits déjeuners dépend de chaque chef, par exemple c’est exceptionnel quand c’est Giuseppe qui est à la manœuvre. Pour le dîner, longue attente le soir, à deux reprises nous avons attendu après prise de commande 60 minutes et 70 minutes. Enfin l’entretien des installations n’est pas réalisé, c’est le cas de l’espace de musculation ou encore les chaises longues qui sont là depuis l’origine et de ce fait sont en très mauvais état sanitaire. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine en espérant constater une réelle amélioration sur les points précités. Laurent et Claude

Toller Service, nettes freundliches Personal, saubere und gepflegte Anlage in ruhiger Lage, Topp-Frühstück, sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant und eine Bar, die kaum Wünsche offen lässt.
