Stayed here after being at another part of the Cape and I knew it was a mistake as soon as we walked in. Even though the front desk staff was friendly and the room was spacious, I immediate regretted my decision to stay there. The hotel is old and is in need of a big update. The hallway smelled a bit when we walked in too. The bathroom had spiders and spider webs which made me think it hadn’t been throughly cleaned. When we contacted the front desk they said they would send someone to attend to it and spray. There were still some webs and we found more spiders in the bedroom the next day. The rooms and furniture are old and tired with some stains on various pieces. At night we could hear the creaking of the bed in the room above us. The property is wooded and while there are amenities such as a tennis court and mini golf, they aren’t particularly well kept and the mini gift could be improved just by some pruning. The outdoor pool was nice and quiet and there was an indoor pool which was nice to have. The location is not ideal and I would not stay in the area again. The only thing the town seems to offer is the Commons and the limited restaurants were crowded with longs waits. It was a bit of a drive to anything we would want to do which added to the inconvenience. While we saved money staying there, I would never do it again and would have left early had we not prepaid. I would look elsewhere to truly enjoy your time in the cape.

Extra amenities and great location make Sea Mist an ideal choice and a good trade. Spacious unit on pleasant park-like property. Near Falmouth, ferries, beach, golf and shopping. One of the nicest timeshares we've stayed in recently.

The location is convenient and the building we stayed in was very quiet with woods all around us. Our unit was 2 bath, kitchen, LR, and very large bedroom upstairs. It was much bigger than expected. There is no coffee, shampoo, or conditioner provided. The bed was very comfortable and the room was so quiet. The only thing we did not appreciate was the 10:00am check out. Unlike other resorts, check out is typically 11:00am. Seemed a little early. That is their policy and they strictly enforce it. On the other hand, they did let us check in 1/2 hour early.

This place is neat and dear to my heart because we have a timeshare here and have gone for about 35 years now. I love all the amenities this place has to offer and the location. Its close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores (3 there) However, the rooms are in dire need of updating. They did a partial room renovation a few years ago, but it needs another. And most importantly to change the pull out sofa in the one bedrooms. Couch is comfortable and easy to open.

Couch is not comfortable and pull out bed you can feel every single spring. One of the bathroom door doesn’t lock, also refrigerator would pop open. We stay in unit 10-5. Plastic deck chairs are a little tacky. This place just needs a little TLC to shine!

What an absolute dump!! 4 of us staying, we get the smallest, junkiest room. My parents are elderly, they put us upstairs with no elevator. Carpets are all stained. Rooms stink. Stairs to get to room are death traps. What a dump. Typical of Capital Vacations. Paint in hallways is peeling, indoor pool is horrible. Need to take the word resort of this place. Yikes

The unit was great, We never used any other facilities there. We loved the area, It was quiet but close to everything. I did not like the timeshare sales people trying to get us to "spend a little time with them and learning about their timeshare" We said no and had a really hard time getting him to listen to that NO. Otherwise the place was great.

The resort is well maintained and has a lot of family activities, though we were there in the winter and did not get chance to utilize any outdoor ones. The one bedroom unit is roomy with the bedroom upstairs. It has 2 full baths which would be helpful if there were more than 2 people. The staff was helpful and courteous. Would recommend it when staying on the Cape.
