The staffs were very friendly and nice!
The room was also quite nice (except door closing sound can be quite loud unless you close the door carefully/slowly).
I also likr their shampoo/conditioner. It smells nice.
FYI, like other reviews said, the shower doesn't have a door separating from toilet, there is only half glass door so you need to be careful when you take a shower or floor will be quite wet for your washroom.
There was no pair of slippers, so you better bring your own if you need one.
There's shuttlebus between airport and the hotel every 10-15min, cost only $10 per person, which was very convenient.

The hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are stained! Although the staff gave me new ones, I still don't recommend it! The hotel is still under renovation, and there are planes taking off and landing, which is very noisy

The hotel is well suited if you have to go to the airport. The shuttle bus runs regularly to both airports for a fee.
The room was clean and well furnished and you could make your own coffee or tea. There is also the option of eating in the hotel.

Every time I stay in Sydney when I’m departing or arriving at the airport I stay at this hotel. The staff is amazing, the nightly rate is easily half of the nearby hotels, and everything about the place is top notch!
If you’re looking for a hotel nearby the airport, choose this one.
Personally, I think it’s nicer than Rydges and literally 1/3 the cost.

There are many hotels nearby. The transportation facilities are quite convenient, but not the most convenient. The room is clean, but the electric kettle is broken.
