The key is that I said the shampoo was gone, and the waiter didn't even say "sorry"! 2. The hotel deliberately arranged the last room for us. The room is at the end of the U-shaped corridor, and the elevator is at the front. You have to pass 50 rooms and walk hundreds of meters! 3. The best part is yet to come; the second person washed his hair and prepared to blow dry his hair, but found that the hotel did not have a hair dryer. I checked the Ctrip hotel room equipment list and found a hair dryer, and looked for it twice, but there was none! ! After consulting Ctrip, Ctrip said that the front desk said there was a hair dryer at the front desk, but no one was free, so I had to go to the front desk to get the hair dryer myself! ! What kind of hotel is this? What kind of service is this? I walked a few hundred meters to the elevator to find the Indian waiter to get a hair dryer! 4. Why did Ctrip cooperate with this hotel? The shampoo was empty, which was a basic hotel quality. The hair dryer was a very poor service. They also discriminated against Ctrip customers by giving them the farthest room.
