First room we were put in has the toilet running, lights and tv were on, the refrigerator didn’t work and was actually warmer inside the fridge than in the room. Second room was on first floor near the front door and was very noisy until late at night. The shower head mount was broken and the shower head was tied up to the bar with its own hose - very inconvenient to shower when you have to squat down to wash your hair or untie the hose the move/use the shower wand head. TV didn’t work right, kept freezing for a few seconds (no matter the channel) every couple minutes. Front hotel doors were propped open and people were outside smoking- the smoke was being drawn right inside the building and into our room. Was also very disappointed that there was no coffee pot or coffee in the room, and none available in the lobby. When we checked out early in the morning at 5am, we couldn’t find anyone working at the hotel - took about 10 minutes at front desk, called out down the hallways, called “0” from courtesy phone, called front desk from outside phone, and never did find someone to check out with so left keys in room and left. Called hotel repeatedly after leaving to let someone know we left, after 3 hours finally got ahold of someone at front desk who said they couldn’t find the night attendant either. On a positive note, the staff that we did talk to were very friendly and helpful. Very, very disappointed in the hotel stay.

I must say my 2 wk stay has been the most pleasant! While recovering from surgery the last couple weeks I wanted for nothing! Largely in part of Lisa! Her friendly nature and A+ customer service is out of this world! She’s made sure I was well taken care and I’m so thankful for that esp around this holiday season.

hotel is clean. Candace at the front desk gives high end hotel service. She is kind and attentive. She brought pans to my room and saw when is was unloading and she propped the door open for me. Stuff you usually get in a high end hotel

Me and my wife travel all over the US for work so we basically live out of hotels and we have stayed in this one on 2 different occasions and have to say this is prob my fav hotel we have stayed in over our 3 yrs of traveling. The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff is amazing!! Lisa at the front desk is awesome. Willing to go that extra mile to see her guest are taken care of. And just the overall experience is very welcoming..I would refer this hotel to anyone :-) John & Teri Meek

#1) Pet policy is VERY pricy. Once you pay 25 dollars per night for 6 nights, then you pay 10 dollars per day indefinitely. This is 300 dollars per month. A little insane. #2) We were evacuated due to broken water lines during a repair process that went bad. We moved to the airport location. It was a bit chaotic but we all did it. THERE WAS NO MONETARY COMPENSATION FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE. #3) I thought the staff did a great job with the crisis and the staff at the airport location were nice. #4) The rooms are not stocked with kitchen items. You have to ask and even then when we were shipped to the airport location, they did not have anything. Bring your own kitchen items.

“This is not my job,” the front desk clerk told me as I was checking in. “I’m doing you a favor.” This was at 12:45 a.m. Saturday morning, after I made a reservation on Orbitz just after midnight. Apparently, the cutoff for check-in was at 11:00 p.m. the night before. Her response was made after making me wait outside for 10+ minutes in 25-degree weather. I chose to leave and ended up staying at a much nicer Hilton property in a nicer area for a lower rate. The employees there were lovely, welcoming and truly hospitable, despite my making a reservation and arriving after 1:00 a.m. Avoid Extended Stay America in St. Louis Westport if you possibly can. There is nothing about my experience there that I would like to repeat.

Ther is no grab and go breakfast, just stay away from extended stay all together. They are all nasty, this one is especially small, very little room, like paying to be in prison. Junkies lived across the hall, I was just holding my breath waiting to have my door kicked in and al my stuff stole. Bad neighborhood, the other two extended stays are just down the street, wouldn't refund my money so I could find clean, nicer, bigger lodging. This company is a JOKE. It may cost more elsewhere, like the residence Inn downtown, but would be worth it, to be in a clean place,
