La chambre est propre, mais l'accueil est déplorable. On ne reçoit pas les informations sur l'accès en temps voulu (tout se fait par des codes parce qu'il y a zéro présence humaine) et on arrive en plein hiver dans une chambre glacée. On passe donc sa première soirée forcément à l'extérieur parce qu'il faut bien attendre trois heures que la température soit acceptable dans la chambre (séjour en janvier).

The place is very good and in a very good location but the contact person that was left did not respond at all to my text messages or my email. I also left a message on her voicemail. This place does not have a reception nor does it have anyone around here to help you. There are only codes to enter and exit the building. If something doesn’t work you’re pretty much on your own.
