The room was shabby, the door was hard to open, there were only two quilts for three people, and we were asked to pay 12 euros for luggage storage the next day! Other guests can store luggage for free. The front desk can't understand English, so it's inconvenient to communicate. Indifferent attitude. Very bad experience

It is near to the train station. However if we want to go back to the hotel from the old city area, we need to walk long stair. Also, the environment outside the hotel is little smelly which is like urine smell but maybe this is the smell of Marseilles
