#negative #I was disappointed with the Value for Money, Nearby Restaurants, Location; I had already paid on Ctrip, but when I got to the hotel, they said I had to pay for breakfast for one person, but they just charged the full amount with my card. The guest found out later and sent an email but no one responded. Worst experience ever.

j'ai fait une réservation en ligne sur une plateforme bien connue avec annulation gratuite dans un délai donné. j'ai annulé la réservation bien avant ce délai, et malheureusement j'ai été débité 4 fois. Pour les contacter, numéro surtaxé, le monsieur passe 10 mn à demander les informations personnelles et relatives à la réservation, suite auxquelles il ne pouvait donner suite à la réclamation car "la gérante n'est pas présente". message envoyé via la plateforme de réservation bien connue, ils accusent réception, prétendent vérifier la situation et revenir vers moi, mais sans aucune réponse. Une réclamation a alors été faite via la plateforme, avec les documents bancaire comme preuve, après plusieurs échanges téléphoniques et email, on m'annonce que l'hôtel va me rembourser. Quelques semaines après, je reçois un virement avec un remboursement partiel. fuyez!!!! ça ressemble à du vol en bande organisée

Obviously a 2 star hotel with cheap prices says it all - Don't expect much. Mattresses is poor. Woke up every morning with back pain. Far away from city centre, so public transport is not possible. You need to use a taxi every time which becomes very expensive.

Très bonne literie, très bonne isolation (pas un bruit, la nuit fût très silencieuse), chambre propre. L’accueil de Natacha et du monsieur (Alain?) au top! Merci encore, de retour prochainement, je reviendrai sans hésiter! Il me manquait juste des céréales moins sucrées pour le matin.. à bientôt !

Accueil chaleureux, réceptionniste souriante et très professionnelle. Nous avons eu un problème de réservation via l'application Accor, ma demande de chambre familiale n'a jamais aboutit malgré une confirmation. La responsable nous a trouvé une solution en moins de 15 minutes. Elle a été très réactive, calme ( malgré mon stress ) et souriante. Les chambres étaient très propre, elles sentaient le frais. Les abords de l'hôtel très bien entretenus. Nous y reviendrons, c'est sûre ! Privilégiez un contact téléphonique pour confirmer la réservation, internet ne fonctionne pas toujours comme on le souhaite.

Hôtel idéalement situé à proximité de l'autoroute. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le ménage est fait régulièrement et consciencieusement... Le personnel est d'une gentillesse "hors norme", Pauline, Sarah et les autres ... Et le p'tit déjeuner est copieux. BREF, JE CONSEILLE.

Nos alojamos en este hotel para ver el Gran Premio de Fórmula 1 de Francia, en Le Castellet. El hotel está muy bien para descansar. Dispone de aparcamiento propio, y desayuno de tipo buffet muy completo. Nos ha parecido muy recomendable. Está cerca de Marsella, de Aubagne, y también del circuito de Paul Ricard, en Le Castellet.-

Seppure lontano dal centro città è comunque una buona sistemazione sia per i prezzi che per la possibilità di parcheggio all’interno. La maggior parte degli hotel a Marsiglia infatti aveva il parcheggio a pagamento e lasciare la macchina fuori non ci sembrava opportuno. Camere essenziali ma confortevoli.

Está todo, muy, muy dejado. Falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza, yo no fumo pero los ceniceros exteriores estaban repletos de colillas de bastante tiempo. Suelo con pelusas. No nos avisaron de que había ascensor y nos hicieron subir 2 plantas con las maletas.
