Iberotel Costa Mares

Very good, highly recommended. At first we went to another hotel, Gemma, which had a rating of 9.5 on other platforms. On the third day, we moved to Iberotel. From hotel facilities to catering to service, it was completely beaten. The fruit juices were all very fresh, the food was also rich, and Chinese people could eat it. There were two restaurants that required reservations one day in advance and we didn't eat there, but the food in the main restaurant and bar was pretty good. We also caught up with dugongs on the hotel beach. We went to the beach at 8 o'clock in the morning, and then told the beach boy to call us when the dugong came. Dugongs can come to eat grass four, five or six times a day. We saw them come three or four times in the morning. After the end, we gave the beach boy a little tip. Because I can't swim, I took the lifeguard's swimming ring out. Remember to go to the diviing center in advance to rent a mask, snorkel and fins. Then squat on the beach, facing the rightmost seashore of the beach, there is a beautiful coral reef in the area where your feet can step. It is especially suitable for snorkeling for those who can't swim.

A very nice hotel, the service is great, the food is great, the greenery and beach are so beautiful... the key is the environment is so beautiful... but the transportation is not too convenient! When I go out, I need help from the hotel to call a taxi...

It's really good for a seaside resort.

I went alone because I had a diving trip. The hotel was beautiful and the service was really good. They remembered my name and how I like to make eggs for breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t even leave a tip. Room The towels inside were also folded into cute little animals. I couldn't bear to leave after staying for three nights. I was probably the only Asian face staying there at that time, and the daily buffet was also delicious.

The hotel restaurant service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, and the food is the best I think among these hotels in Egypt. But the front desk service feels too rigid and not flexible enough. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already 5 pm. The room I booked was a basic room. Because there were 2 adults and 2 children, they said that this room type could not be accommodated, so I had to cancel the order and re-order a family room. I asked if I could directly make up the price difference and upgrade the room type, but I was told that it was not possible! I had to find Ctrip customer service, cancel the order, and re-order. After all this trouble, we didn't check in until 6:30. You know, I came directly from Luxor by charter after visiting the Valley of the Kings and Habu City that day. I had been in the car for 5 hours... I re-booked a family room and paid more than 100 US dollars in taxes. The next day, they called me to pay an additional 25 US dollars. Through the translation software, they said that the 25 US dollars was because my room fee was not paid directly to them, so when they collected the room fee from the platform, they would also incur a 25 US dollar handling fee, which I had to bear... Well, I paid it again, and I don’t understand why it was not collected all at once yesterday? Ctrip's service is really good, I have to give it a thumbs up. I called them and they responded quickly, helped me handle it, and even compensated me for the price difference!

Das Hotel wurde 2021 eröffnet und alles ist neu und sehr sauber. Service und Essen ist sehr gut. Die Getränke werden sogar zum Liegestuhl gebracht 😉. Ein grosser Teil des netten Staffs spricht sogar ein bisschen deutsch. Viele Gäste aus D, AT, CH, CZ - Paare, Familien. Neben dem Iberotel liegen noch das Jaz Riviera (Eröffnung Nov24) und das Jaz Amara. In 2-3 Jahren wird noch ein 4. Hotel der Jaz-Hotelkette eröffnet. Dies ist aber nicht störend. Was sehr stört und einfach bedenklich ist, sind die Ausflugsboote in der "Hotelbucht" (Marsa Mubarak). Um die 20 Boote bringen jeden Tag hunderte Schnorchler in die Bucht. Speedboote bringen diese über die Schildkröten und sammeln sie dort wieder ein. Der Lärm und die Rücksichtslosigkeit sind schockierend. Tragisch auch, dass die Boote ihre Taue direkt im Riff fixiert haben, auch verfügen sie über keine Abwassertanks... Das Dugong ist schon kaum mehr anzutreffen...

Villaggio davvero molto bello, difficile trovare una pecca, pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo e premuroso, manutenzione costante, cibo per tutti i gusti. La baia è incantevole ed è possibile fare lunghe passeggiate. E' facilissimo vedere anche in acque basse tartarughe, pesci colorati e coralli, facilissimo anche vedere il simpatico dugongo. L'accesso al mare comunque comodo anche per i bambini, l'acqua è trasparentissima, già dal pontile si vedono pesci colorati di ogni tipo. Meraviglioso guardare la luna sorseggiando un buon cocktail sullo sky-bar. Abbiamo fatto due escursioni con Ciro (nome d'arte) e ci siamo trovati molto bene, il driver che ci ha assegnato era molto bravo e, malgrado un inglese un po' limitato, ci siamo capiti benissimo. L'escursione a Sharm El Luli molto bella, davvero emozionante il caffe/te coi beduini in riva al mare. Molto ben organizzata quella a Luxor ma piuttosto lunga (6 ore di macchina all'andata e 5 al ritorno) per cui magari non è per tutti. Per il resto un grande ringraziamento a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza (non menziono nessuno in particolare perchè sono davvero tutti super). Consigliatissimo
