The hotel is very nice and comfortable, very well located and just next door to the famous Mamounia hotel. Breakfast is poor for this kind of hotel. Dish"es have no labels so you don't know what you are eating. there are several specific maroccon dishes that you do not know how to eat them! (Some of them have to be heated on an electric plate- I discovered this only after 2 days!!!) so, breakfast is to be improuved. On the other side the restaurant is very good and service excellent! Very bad experience with the reception manager. The lady was very agresive in the way she was speaking - she w&as nice only with certain clients; one day she was speaking with the gardener of the property in a very bad way in front of the clients present in the garden. This lady ruined the good impression the rest of the employees are trying to do over the property. I even heard her telling to clients not to go to the Majorelle gardens as it is nothing to see!!!!! Absolutely incredible !

Super palace , emplacement idéale si vous voulez être proche du centre ville vous y êtes en quelques minutes à pieds , c’est un peu bruyant la nuit du coup par contre car en ville donc proche de la route . Les suite sont magnifiques très spacieuse avec un balcon sans vis à vis . Nous avons eu un lit d’appoint pour notre enfant de 5 ans donc parfait , la piscine sur le toit n’est pas chauffée , spacieuse toujours des serviette à disposition, le personnel est sympathique et discret ,

Séjour exceptionnel ✨, palace très propre, tout le personnel est aux petits soins ils font tout pour que votre séjour soit des plus agréable, petit bémol sur les équipements de la piscine ( parasols cassés et bains de soleil un peu fatigués)

très bel hotel avec le chant des oiseaux vous pouvez aller à pied à la place Jema El Fna et un peu partout, très bien placé et qui reste au calme Belles chambres, personnel très sympathique et serviable. Carte du restaurant bonne mais pas très large. Nous avons pris le guide de l'hotel pour une après midi : il n'était pas trop cher et nous a bien tout expliqué

Hôtel au calme, les chambres spacieuses, nous en avons visité plusieurs avant de poser nos valises. Personnelle très agréable dont Sana qui est à l’accueil de l’hôtel et qui est à l’écoute et répond à nos moindres besoins avec sa sympathie. Bref, je recommande cette hôtel si vous voulez être au calme dans un jardin magnifique.

Hôtel original car ancienne villa transformée en hôtel qui est resté dans son jus un peu colonial personnel accueillant sympathique et réactif ! Le seul petit point négatif insonorisation des chambres et lors de notre départ à 6h30 nous aurions voulu un petit en-cas ! Et pas juste un jus d orange ! Ce qui est serait digne d un 5 étoiles … mais nous leur en voulons pas pour autant car avons passés un très bon séjour

We've just returned from the Sillage Palace. Situated next door to the Mamounia Hotel and opposite the Koutoubia Mosque gardens - it's a 10 minute stroll to the main square. We were welcomed by Sana and Nouhaila (Noelia), everyone is so friendly, it's like staying with family. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, the gardens are a haven of tranquility and immaculate. Breakfast is served overlooking the garden. Special mention here to Little Yasmine and Zahira the waitresses who serve with a smile. Abdelghani the head waiter/manager makes sure you have exactly what you require and nothing is too much trouble. Best shower ever and huge bed - big tv with hundreds of channels in every language. I can honestly say that any future visits to Marrakech we will return here.
