We stayed for 3 nights. An oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle outside. Authentic and well run. The young man on reception was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay here. Well located and ideal if you want the authentic experience.

Je suis ravie d'avoir choisi ce riad. Ma chambre n'avait rien d'exceptionnel, mais le riad en lui-même est magnifique. C'est un lieu de calme bien localisé dans la médina, à seulement 200m de l'entrée du souk. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans un cadre ravissant, bon et copieux. J'ai été super bien accueilli par Hamza, qui m'a octroyé une carte, m'a entouré les endroits phares et surtout a l'écoute de mes besoins...un trip adaptable. Le jour de mon départ tôt : zakaria m'a réservé le transport et m'a également donner une collation pour le trajet. En gros, ils sont tres serviable et professionel. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute. Merci à vous ❤️❤️❤️

El personal fue muy amable, nos recogieron del transfer que habíamos contratado con ellos. Fueron muy atentos en todo momento. El Riad en sí tiene patio pequeñito pero bonito, nos tocó una habitación del último piso, sin ascensor, cabía justo una cama de matrimonio y un armario. El baño también pequeño pero la limpieza fue adecuada. Todo muy limpio, si bien es cierto que nos quedamos dos noches y no nos cambiaron las toallas. Los desayunos fueron agradables, nada a destacar ni a positivo ni a negativo, sin más. El pago del taxi y de las tasas de turismo lo tuvimos que hacer en efectivo porque no aceptan tarjeta. En general es un Riad decente con buen personal si bien la habitación no era la que esperábamos ni el desayuno tampoco. Posteriormente nos alojamos en otro Riad que por el mismo precio ofrecía bastante mejor servicio.

Ho soggiornato in questo riad per 4 notti. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo, sempre a disposizione per qualunque esigenza. L’ambiente è bellissimo e molto suggestivo. Le camere e tutti i luoghi comuni sono perfettamente puliti e curati nel minimi dettagli. La colazione oltre ad essere variegata è anche molto buona! È stato un vero piacere trascorrere il tempo in piscina e godersi il relax della struttura nei momenti di pausa dalle comuni attività turistiche. L’unico motivo per cui non do il massimo dei voti è la posizione in quanto il riad (nonostante sia abbastanza centrale)si trova nei tipici vicoli di Marrakech che, sopratutto di sera, possono suggestionare un po’.

The Riad is beautiful. It is a different type of accommodation than a classic hotel. It was an experience for me. The Riad has a small pool and terrace where you can enjoy the sun. They served us Morroccan mint tea and cookies as a welcome drink and snack. The breakfast are truly spectacular. You can reach the Riad through narrow old streets. And if you follow the navigation, enter the exact name of the riad, because there are many riads with similar names in the area, such as Riad Dar Baraka. The staff who is very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The furnitures in our room looked old. When I went to use the toilet in our room, there was someone's long hair stuck to the bath wall so obviously it wasn't cleaned properly. And that's way before we even showered so it's definitely not our hair. We had a train to catch early the next day and asked the receptionist if he could send someone to help us with our luggages on the THIRD floor. He didn't seem happy and even tried to negotiate with us over the timing as to what time he should come and help us. We came back in the evening, only to catch the receptionist coming out of a guest's room, with the guest, zipping up his pants. He wasn't even discreet.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Belbaraka. Hassan is ontzettend gastvrij en doet zijn best je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Geen vraag is hem te veel. Of het nu is waar je heerlijk kan eten, leuke activiteiten kan doen of naar de barbier. Overal geeft hij een oprecht eerlijk antwoord op. Belbaraka is rustig en gezellig ingericht. Heerlijk om eventjes bij te komen van de drukte van de stad. Of dit nu is in het verkoelende zwembad of boven op het dakterras. De kamers en het zwembad zijn zeer schoon waarbij de kamer elke dag wordt schoongemaakt en voorzien van nieuwe handdoeken. Onze kamer (nr2) was ruim met een aparte badkamer, dubbele wasbak en bad. Gelegen direct aan het zwembad. Ook hadden wij elke ochtend het ontbijt geboekt, dit was ook ruim voldoende en vers.

we stayed there four days for holidays ,the riad is superb,very beautiful, tradinional ,clean,in the old city easy to find it and the responible named Hassan very good, always willing to help and serve the clients. All excellent.

Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre expérience dans ce riad. Notre chambre n'avait rien d'exceptionnel, mais le riad en lui-même est magnifique. C'est un lieu de calme bien localisé dans la médina et caché loin du tumulte du souk. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans un cadre ravissant, et il est bon et copieux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Hassan, qui est aux petits soins, toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions et à rendre service. L'excursion qu'il nous a conseillée, dans un village de montagne, est un superbe souvenir. Merci Hassan, nous recommandons ce riad :)
