Un hôtel charmant décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien. Le personnel est remarquablement accueillant. Mention spéciale à Aissan au bar de la piscine et à tous ses collègues, qui sont prévenants et très aimables. Le service au restaurant de la piscine est un peu long, peut-être y a-t-il un manque de personnel en cuisine à cette époque de l'année. Mais les plats sont excellents et raffinés. Le spa est très agréable également, tout comme les femmes qui y travaillent.

This hotel is beautiful, the decor is lovely, spotlessly clean and sumptuous bedrooms, the staff are courteous and very friendly. The food in both restaurants is very good but needs to have more change of menu . Free car service into and back from town every few hours

Perfect in every way! The staff, the accommodation, the food, the cleanliness was all spot on. The resort is about a 20 minute drive away from the city center but the free shuttle makes it easy to get to. The tranquility of this resort makes it extra special . If you’re looking for somewhere to completely unwind then this is it. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. The spa is wonderful, ee had a hot stone massage and deep tissue massage which left us both feeling amazing! We would highly recommend Tigmiza resort & spa and we will return.

Wonderful property, excellent food, amazing staff. They make you feel like family, all the people from the staff where so kind since our arrival until the second we left the hotel. Definitely we will come back.

Beautiful grounds but our room was a little tired, needed a refurb .Staff at reception not particularly friendly. A bit far from the centre. Hotel taxi only goes to the centre in the morning with collection early evening.We both had excellent massages from Sihrame and Bahma

One of our favourite hotels in the world.
The staff looks after you like you are their family.
It’s perfect place to chill and relax.
Spa and hammam are amazing.
The cinema and heated swimming pool were nightlights for our 12 year old. It ticks most of the boxes if being perfect Moroccan hideaway in the middle of European winter.
