J'ai fais presque tous les hôtels au Maroc et à Marrakech précisément, je n'ai jamais vue un hôtel catastrophique comme cette hôtel. Le premier jour ça commence déjà les problèmes : - Trooooooop de bruit - Un hôtel vieux - Le petit déjeuner répétitif, chaque jour la même chose. Un grand MERCI au jeune homme qui nous serve pendant nôtre horrible séjour. - Les chambres il n'y pas de frigo , les bêtes dans la salle de bein et dans la chambre. - Les femmes de ménage ne toc pas la porte avant de rentrer. Et nettoyage 0. - Elles ne changent pas les draps. Le soul n'est pas propre. - Pour le papier toilette il faut faire une réserve , sinon il faut l'acheter dehors. - La poussière partout. - Attention qnd vous aller payer, le taux et fixé sur 11.00 Dh = 1€ et pas le taux de jour comme indiquer sur booking. - Sur la porte de la chambre il y a quelque règles e.a. Que pour le dernière jour si on partent plus tôt que 7h30 qu'on dois la commander. Ils disent carrément non, pas avant 7h30. J'ai déjà réservé dans beaucoup des hôtels 3* ou des hôtels pas chère, mais ne jamais comme cela. Cette Hôtel à éviter. Changer l adresse. -

Es difícil decir algo bueno de este hotel, tenía pocas alternativas y opté por la barata, un error. Por el precio no esperaba mucho del hotel, pero la realidad fue desagradable. Mobiliario desfasado, todo muy viejo, pero lo peor la suciedad, el baño infecto, tuve que limpiar la tapa del inodoro y para que hablar del suelo.... Impresentable. Las camas muy incómodas, colchones y almohadas como piedras. Muy ruidoso, el tráfico y la gente se oye durante toda la noche, muy difícil dormir.... Una aventura poder aparcar el coche en esta zona.

Если вы непритязательный путешественник. Грязно, убитая мебель. Фен отсутствует. Полотенца застиранные. В ванне пару мизирных кусочков мыла. Сантехника вся убитая. Только переночевать! Ужин был хорошим! Шум с улицы. Если кому то понадобится алкоголь, сразу при выходе направо небольшой магазинчик.

It is a nice hotel, very good location in Gueliz, quiet street so there is not much noise from cars. The room was nice, reasonable, had a balcony which I appreciate, bed comfortable. The bathroom also good, clean everywhere. Wifi worked without problems. Hotel have a good restaurant and cafe. I have had a light lunch (Harira and omelette) there and had both mint tea and coffee and everything tasted good. Staff was really nice. In reception it was neutral, not very good but not bad either.

Very bad hotel reception, i seen on booking price 40 usd with taxes and alls and when i come to hotel reception he said 50 usd without breakfast. He doesn't know how to deal with customers. Very bad experience. i do not recommend booking at hotel. Please book online before going

C'est un bon hôtel bien qu'il soit vieux et qu'il y ait du bruit extérieur des voitures et des motos, il est propre et le traitement bon. Et il est situé au centre de la ville à côté du cinéma colisé et c'est ce que j'ai beaucoup aimé.Quant au restaurant, je ne l'ai pas essayé
