Mon séjour au Mandarin Oriental Marrakech a été exceptionnel ! Dès l’organisation, Christophe a su parfaitement répondre à mes attentes, et son accueil a été des plus chaleureux. À notre arrivée, Abdelhak a pris le relais avec un accueil personnalisé qui nous a tout de suite fait sentir à l’aise. Tout au long du séjour, le suivi assuré par Oussama et Christophe a été irréprochable. Leur attention aux détails et leur disponibilité ont rendu cette expérience unique. L’hôtel lui-même est un véritable havre de paix avec des services de grande qualité. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment inoubliable, je recommande vivement !

I've experienced luxury before, but this place redefined the term for me. It wasn't just about high-end amenities or exclusive offerings; it was the genuine warmth and sincerity that permeated evThe attention to sustainability without compromising luxury was incredible. From the organic toiletries to the farm-to-table restaurant offerings, everything reflected a commitment to environmental consciousness. The staff's knowledge about their eco-initiatives was impressive, and the natural light flooding through the energy-efficient windows made the space feel alive and ery interaction. The attention to detail was astounding, with every element thoughtfully designed to enhance the overall experience. I felt not just satisfied, but truly cared for.

Overall, we had a great stay and a great experience. Prior to our arrival, I corresponded many times with the concierge team to coordinate activities and dinners, and special experiences. Christophe Porachio was amazing and very (very) responsive and accommodating, as were other members of his team. Our butler, Yassine, was excellent, and made our stay feel special. Ziad, our server for breakfast on most days, was great as well--he remaindered our orders from the previous days (wow). We dined at Ling Ling twice. The food and service were excellent. The Villas are beautiful. With a heated pool and many areas to sit and lounge, we didn't want to leave. Would highly recommend the property.

Service was beyond great. The property was immaculate and beautiful. The only challenge was distance from town, which required a car service. But would stay here again in a minute! Best hotel ever.
