Don’t be shocked when you’re taken to a cheap back office beside the portal of the hotel after you arrived. It’s here where the check-in and check-out and all the guest related issues are handled. After you’re cleared you’re lead through a luxuriously decorated hall that seems to have been designed to be the reception of a five star hotel. The actual purpose of it was never revealed.
The service was acceptable at best. One had the impression the personal was hiding from the guests.
That said the hotel has marvelous premisses and the suites are decorated tastefully.
The pool is too cold!

The palace is 15-20 minutes from the medina because there is a lot of traffic.
The entrance hall is very pretty but you have to look quickly, it is very dilapidated! We had the sandalwood suite, it leaves something to be desired, the bathroom is mediocre because the joints need to be redone, it lacks a lot of freshness, it's a shame because in the end you only remember the swimming pool which is really pleasant in a quiet area. There is great potential but it is too old

Nous avons passer la journée au palais Mehdi qui est un endroit magnifique et tellement paisible. Il y avait peut de monde, nous avons pu profitez du Day Pass avec le déjeuner qui était très bien ainsi que le service. Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons été agréablement accueilli par monsieur Abdelali qui nous a fait le tour du propriétaire, magnifique comme endroit décoré au style Espano moresque, les suites sont très spacieuses le cadre et la verdure. Nouriture succulente, un grand merci à Hayat la chef cuisinière.

Cet hôtel est une honte. On nous a forcé à payer des consommations que nous n’avions pas prises sous menace d’appeler la police, 5 min avant notre départ pour l’aéroport. On nous a promis un petit déjeuner à 7h au lieu de 8h à cause de ce départ matinal (ça n’était tout de même pas si tôt pour un hôtel) et on l’attend encore. Au restaurant 2h d’attente pour un plat alors que toutes les tables arrivées après nous avaient déjà fini leur dîner. Nous avons finir par nous lever sans manger. Ils ont finalement appelé en chambre pour nous le ramener (ben oui ils voulaient que nous le payons maintenant qu’il était fait 2h plus tard). Piscine belle mais non chauffée (18 degrés max alors qu’il en fait 30 dehors) Serveurs inexistants ni à la piscine ni au restaurant d’ailleurs. Il faut les chercher dans tout l’hôtel. Photos n’ont rien à voir avec les chambres qui tombent en ruine. Nous avons fait une ribambelle d’hôtels dans notre vie et jamais nous n’avons été reçus de la sorte, même en logeant chez l’habitant ou au cœur du souk. Cet hôtel ne devrait être référencé nul part, ce sont des voleurs et des arnaqueurs
