The hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed. It’s impossible to compare even with a big hotel chain like Ritz or so. All the staff were so friendly. They know you by name . The security around the facilities knew us by name too, they talked to us , always looking for us to be comfortable, giving us recommendations. 10 out of 10

This newly opened dazzling grand hotel delights in every way. Beautiful to the eye in all regards, no detail has been neglected. We enjoyed dining in two of the 4 excellent restaurants and had 2 treatments in the extraordinary Spa. The service and hospitality was truly extraordinary at every turn and was superior to most of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed in around the world. A special shout out to “Ben” the concierge who was instrumental in helping us retrieve our lost luggage. Our room was impeccably appointed and included a fantastic bed and bedding, a sumptuous bathroom, the latest electronic convenience controls and an unlimited supply of complimentary bottled water. Breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the city was another highlight. If you are looking for a very special hotel to make your stay in Casablanca special, look no further!
