Friendly hotel, which lived up to expectations. Located outside the center of Marrakech, in an isolated area, but with free daily transfers. Friendly and attentive employees. Nice room. Food with quality and variety, superior to some other all-inclusives. Good drinks with meals, weak cocktails, almost no alcohol. Attentive entertainers, with plenty of activities during the day, but weak entertainment at night.

This is a great hotel to stay at. The rooms and facilities are very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I loved staying here and will definitely be returning. The staff Smiley and Pitcho made it a really fun place to be. There was a variety of traditional and international food to choose from. The hotel is away from the Medina but there is everything you need here and a regular shuttle service to and from the Medina.

Ok so firstly we’ve stayed at a few all inclusive and bearing in mind mine and my partners experience this has been by far been the best. In fact reading previous reviews we were sceptical which is why we wanted to did a review. while I arrived saying I wasn’t bothered about coming back cus of the airport and transfers I am now saying I would love to come back. Everyone is lovely. Nothing is too much. The food is great and fresh and the pool area is lovely. Music around the pool can be a little loud. Kids too but let’s face it it’s a hotel for families. Room cleaned every day to a high standard. This is a perfect winter getaway and we will do it again. One tip. Take a water bottle. I took a 1 litre and they were always happy to fill it with water at the bar

This hotel is a scammer! Pls Avis at all cost. his hotel still hasn’t returned our deposit, despite the countless emails I’ve sent. They’ve completely ignored our messages. When we arrived, they asked us to pay a deposit for towels and the room in case of damages, so I took photos of the room as proof in case they tried to claim we caused any damage. Love holiday contacted them and they responded back saying they will refund me but until now nothing. It has been a month since we left the hotel.

Beware! This hotel is a scammer! This hotel still hasn’t returned our deposit, despite the countless emails I’ve sent. They’ve completely ignored our messages! Excellente expérience dans ce club où Tout est ok. Le personnel est juste au Top que ce soit au resto, au bar ou à la réception avec tout de même une mention spéciale a Hasnaa qui a été bienveillante, professionnelle et d'une extrême gentillesse ! Le chauffeur de la navette malgré la chaleur s'est montré accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils ... La cuisine est diversifiée et très bonne (msmen , hercha et les omelette... )Nous reviendrons certainement pour tous ces points positifs .. Merci pour ces belles vacances au be live expérience Marrakech et merci surtout chef Issa 🙏🙏
