Very good hotel with quiet swimming pool and swimming pool atmosphere.
Room with pool view ok, the people at the hotel are excellent, attentive when there is a problem.

The breakfast is good I don't understand why they say club because no entertainment or show etc. I don't recommend I won't go back there again

It was my a worst hotel I’ve been booked. No complimentary water & the room was so dirty & smelly. The staff was not approachable.

Heating did not work so we were very cold, and the last two days the shower was no longer warm. Staff is also friendly.

The hotel is nice, very friendly staff. Nasim&Amine&Kenza&Hajar at the reception were so nice and helpful. F&B was terrible, the buffet was discussing,
Same buffet every day. No tickets on the food you don’t know what you’re eating. Lines to get to the buffet, not enough tables to sit to eat. The hotel need to be maintained. Mahmoud at the animation was nice. They do serve alcohol. Not the brands but the local ones, beer, wine, whiskey etc
Will never go back there. But experience.
House keeping Kaltoum was nice and helpful.
The waiters at the buffet don’t clean after you, they only clean after you if you tip them then they remember you and take care of you no tip no service at the bar or restaurant buffet
