A great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. A beautiful building, excellent & comfortable rooms, great food and spa treatments, however the thing that topped all of that was the amazing service. I had let them know that we were celebrating my wife's 50th and there was a lovely cake waiting for us upon arrival. By the end of just a few nights, the staff felt more like friends than staff and really couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There are many hotels around the world that could learn a thing or two from this team around what truly exceptional customer service looks like. Well done to you all and we hope to see you again.

A complete hidden gem. All the staff were amazing and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They gave us lots of helpful advice for surviving Marrakesh. There was always someone in reception. The breakfast was amazing and different everyday, although we only found out you could order eggs on the last morning.
The roof top pool and terrace was lovely and quiet. Perfect for cooling off after exploring the city.

Outstanding experience. In the chaos of Marrakesh, this is a conveniently located oasis. It offers peace and tranquillity with exceptional service. The food is delicious, particularly breakfast, and alcohol is served although not on the menu. Our room came with very high quality towels, cotton pads, cotton buds, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (lovely smell) as well as plenty of tissues and water on arrival. You get a bottle of water with breakfast each morning, it is not replaced in the room. Not a problem! The 1.5l bottles were very reasonably priced. The staff were universally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. This riad was the highlight of our time in the city. Thank you!

Magnifiquement situé ,accueil chaleureux par tout le personnel , et en particulier par Marha pour son sourire et ses conseils ; Chambre pas très large , penderie à revoir, mais literie super confortable . serviettes peignoirs changés tous les jours , propreté et hygiène au top . Abdoul nous met de bonne humeur dés le petit déjeuner avec son rituel du thé ses explications , sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur . Un bel endroit typique sobre et de très bon goÛt ;

Un immense merci au Palais Tara et toute son équipe. L’hôtel est superbement décoré, très propre, parfaitement situé. Le staff était très accueillant et s’est plié en quatre pour nous satisfaire (et nous aider !). Mon mari ayant été très malade durant notre séjour tout a été mis en œuvre pour nous aider et garder tout de même un merveilleux souvenir de ce séjour. Merci infiniment. Un vrai bijou au cœur de Marrakech !

We visited Palais Tara and Spa at the beginning of July. As soon as we arrived nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The pool and bar area was a lovely space to come back to to relax after our days out and about. The breakfast was amazing- each morning fresh bread, pastries and fruit. Although we didn't eat in i am sure the food would all have been of the same quality. We would love to return again in the future it was the perfect place to stsy to explore Marrakesh.
