First time abroad with a 12yo Girl. What I can't fault the entertainment staff YOLO they were all so friendly and welcoming they didn't pester you to do games if you didn't want to they liked to get to know you. We spoke alot to Curly and Ozzy. And Hallian the waiter. The room was good for 3 of us with a chance to upgrade but not needed (wish we had though for more space) The living room had 2 camp beds set up and a small sofa in there with a sideboard and tv on the wall. It wasn't a pull out sofa bed which would have made more sense as there was no space to move around when in the room. We had a balcony looking over the pool which was nice. The room had a separate bedroom off the living room and you accessed the bathroom through the bedroom. The bathroom was lovely only the drain was blocked and the shower tray kept filling up and overflowing onto the floor. I did speak to reception almost every day and the maintenance man came to unblock it the day before we left but unfortunately he hadn't unblocked it well as the same thing happened again by then I gave up. The pool area had lots of sun loungers. Some needed replacing as a couple of them where we were sat needed replacing. The pool area needed a daily wash down ideally as bees and flies used to annoy you due to spilt drinks and if people had food. They only cleaned the area daily where they set up for the entertainment at night. The food was decent just a shame they couldn't do more than curry and Chinese of different varieties each night. They did have other foods too which were nice the mash was amazing would of like to of seen more vegetables. Deserts we're also amazing 👏 Breakfast was OK too. Lunch was nice but after a few days it got tedious also non of the salad was covered up which was concerning due to some flies hanging about. Would of liked to have seen theme nights Reception was always lovely and clean and reception staff were polite and smiled abit. The rooms could of been hoovered and mopped daily as the floors got abit gross after a few days. The cleaning staff were friendly. The stairs and landings could of been cleaner stairs mopped everyday lifts and bannisters cleaned daily too they weren't I know I monitored it. (I'm a cleaner and cannot overlook cleanliness) We spoke to some lovely people there, and people were there just purely to hammer the all inclusive and really didn't take in to consideration that of others who were also holidaying in the same time as them or their own families at some point. The first night someone was kicking off down our hallway then the next night some people on another balcony were being loud until the early hours. Not the hotels fault but if you want a quiet calm hotel this isn't for you. Tea and coffee wasn't replaced daily so I suggest you buy your own and you have a mini bar that has nothing in it but we had a fidge in our room which we made full use of for milk and water etc. Entertainment was good at night and day

Pros: Good cheap mini market. Great room with views if you get lucky. Lovely large deep swimming pool. Lovely large cool indoor pool. Restaurant food wont break the bank for a hotel. Excellent choice of food and drink. Lovely helpful friendly staff at reception. Great payment card facility that allows you to pay your bill at the end which benefits if you have a few free card. Cons: Tennis court, pool table, gym, table tennis all poorly maintained. Nets collapsing, cues without chalk and missing tips, I had a shock from the toaster but staff replaced it immediately. I've added pics of the Evening menu but the day menu is excellent as well. Musti's boat is great and Veranda restaurant is superb. Great service, decor, ambience and home cooked food.

Nowhere near a 3 never mind 4 star hotel. It has potential but the hotel is run down, literally falling apart. Our doors wouldn’t lock, air con didn’t work, the bathroom had hair in shower and skirtings hanging off walls etc. just seemed to be very little care taken in the upkeep of the property. Even the public spaces, the furniture and sun loungers etc have all seen much better days. a daily experience was walking down the corridors to find plates of food and empty glasses that seemed to be there all day. Food terrible, little change from lunch to dinner and the same every day. If you have allergies or intolerance, it would be a nightmare to stay here and eat. Food not labelled and staff don’t understand you to help guide choices. Nightly entertainment so poor and bar ran out of drink frequently. Also there are amenities listed on the hotel advertising that don’t exist…. There is no al a carte restaurant and the cave bar is nothing at all, staff described it as a sitting area only. So there is one restaurant and one snack bar. On site services such as spa are over priced compared to local area and the sales men ‘upsell’ experienced that you then don’t get once through the door. It felt like you were ‘processed’ rather than given nice relaxing treatments. Positives: good location - beach, shops, restaurants and public transport to marmaris and day trips etc are all easily accessible. When I raised issues such as the doors and air con. House keeping were quick to remedy the issues.

Good hotel for your money. Pros: - The rooms have recently been refurbished, everything is quite fresh and clean - good gym - warm swimming pool and hammam - breakfast is not luxurious, but very edible Minuses: - no private parking (but out of season you can always find it on the street not far from the hotel) - old and small TVs in the rooms - only cable channels work, no youtube/netflix/Android tv and other internet services - weak water pressure in the shower and a watering can in the shower without modes - I would like to see this in a hotel with a spa prefix :-)

We had a short but very relaxing stay at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was quite large (~35m²). It was very clean and well maintained. The entire facility was also very clean and well maintained. The breakfast (included in the price) was as usual and very tasty. According to the hotel staff, no pets are allowed, which is contrary to what was stated when booking. We travel with our dog and have specifically looked for hotels where pets are allowed and welcome. When we showed this to the employees, they didn't refuse to let us and our dog, of course, and so we had two very nice days there. We would love to visit this hotel again.
