The hotel itself is really bog standard which isn’t a bad thing if you’re just looking for somewhere clean, easygoing with quick access to the centre of marmaris. The breakfast is really bad, chicken nuggets and chips was served one morning but if that floats your boat then great. There weren’t many options, but the lunch and dinner options were great. We found the hotel quite expensive for drinks but it is what it is, I can’t imagine many other hotels were much cheaper. There is a bustop right opposite that takes you straight to the centre of marmaris and there is a migros (supermarket) right next door, which is so handy. Location wise, everything was perfect and on the doorstep. There is a beach less than 5 minutes away by walking and they have sun loungers which are free as long as you buy food/drinks from the restaurant. There is also a water taxi/boat which takes you straight to İçmeler. Staff were lush and super friendly, couldn’t do more for us. Pool was clean but the flys this year were in full force, this drove everyone a bit insane sat around the pool but I’ve seen others mention this for different hotels so I don’t think it was just an issue for the forum. I’ve seen someone say that there were hardly any parasols which there weren’t, but they also have a huge undercover area which covers about 20 sun loungers and you can rearrange them to suit you. Others said that the sun loungers were cracked? I just think think they’re being super picky, there were comfy cushions which went on the sun loungers and they were sturdy enough that the ‘cracks’ wouldn’t bother you. If the people complaining wanted everything to be perfect maybe they should’ve gone to a 5* resort which cost triple the price. Definitiley recommend for a cheap get away. *side note - I can’t find the company on here but there is a excursion boat trip called kleopatra. If you wanted to book, they’re in the centre of marmaris and they are 10/10. They’re a family ran company and they do food and drink, we got it for £20 each and it was worth every penny. Highly recommended them if you’re looking for a day away from the hotel.

Stayed for the first time from the 26th of September to the 5th of October. I stayed for 9 nights with my mum and we really enjoyed our time here . The staff on reception are all very friendly and welcoming, and this was all through our holiday. The bar staff also really lovely , Susan makes the best iced caramel coffee . The housekeeping staff were always smiling and said hello . The breakfast is just a basic Turkish style ,I had it a couple of times . My mum enjoyed it , she enjoyed the breads and cheeses , so I was happy with it . The pool area was kept clean and tidy throughout the day, and at night, someone came and cleaned beds and surrounding area and pool cleaned every night. We had food on the restaurant, and we had no complaints, all made fresh to order . Felt for bar staff on busier days , they are doing their best for guests ......kindness goes a long way . The room was very big for the 2 of us , we had a lovely modern bathroom with a big shower. Housekeeping in every day and rooms were clean . Had a fridge really good for getting drinks from the forum outlet outside. We did move to a bigger room with family. The room again was more than enough room for us all . Ali, the manager, is a lovely man , made us feel very welcome. I would come back to this hotel , we enjoyed the chilled, laid-back feel . We felt it was a little more expensive for food and drink, but this was just a comparison to what we were used to , and it didn't put us off . Thank you for a lovely holiday. I hope to see you all next year .

This was our first time to Marmaris. After reading some reviews of the hotel before we came, we were unsure what to expect. As it was just two of us, we found it ok. You have to pay for air conditioning, it did the job but it wasn't the best. The room was very spacious and was cleaned every day. Just be careful with some of the plug sockets as some were very loose and had a problem shutting the balcony door at times. There is WiFi that can be used around the hotel and the rooms, but it can be very slow at times. We didn't have any food at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. If you do want to buy food or drink at the hotel, you have to load money onto a card, and anything left on it at the end you get back. It's not a massive hotel, so we didn't have a problem getting a sun lounger when we were round the pool. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach which we found very handy. There is a big Migros supermarket 2 minute walk which is reasonably priced.

Really enjoyed our stay at Forum.. Rooms were spacious but our view was terrible from balcony as looked directly into room opposite Beds were changed everyday & clean towels were provided. Although bathroom sinks, showers seemed to be forgotten about. Beds were really hard but bearable Pool was amazing & super clean. Few mins walk to beach & a couple bars & restaurants. Beachfront bars were a good 10 to 15 mins walk. Best part about the hotel were the bar staff Boza & Ali. Amazing guys. Really looked after us & made us laugh. Feel like we’ve made 2 really good friends Nothing was too much trouble & they are a real asset to the hotel. Loved spending our time with them. & would defo return just to see these two. Girls in daytime duty were super friendly & did a great job. Turkish breakfast which unfortunately wasn’t for me but I’m a fussy eater. Although the food I had from the menu was delicious. Would definitely return.

2 adults one 8 year old. - Really can’t fault this place. Suited us well as we don’t like the larger busy hotels with all the entertainment shows. Lovely quiet laid back family hotel. Staff are friendly, cleaners are amazing, room was cleaned everyday! At times we forgot to put valuables back into our safe and nothing was touched. Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds (I do like a firm mattress though). Shower super powerful. Continental B&B was great, good selection of breads fruit juices, cheese, cold meat, omelette and beans can also toast some of the breads.lCereal was also available. Continental breakfast is not my partners choice so he would order full English which you had to pay for. Good location, migros right next door and mcds which we thought we would use and we didn’t as hotel food was fab! Portions are good size so at times me and my daughter would share one meal for lunch or dinner. The only one thing we had to get used to was loading the pre pay card to use in the hotel. You’re given a card which you take to reception to put money onto which you then use to purchase food drinks etc. I would say it’s a negative thing, more just something not used to doing and I can see why the hotel use this system form a business perspective. I’m terrible with names so can’t thank you individually but thank you team Forum Residence for such a fab holiday. We will definitely be returning.

Friendly small resort. Just outside the hustle and bustle, yet not too far to walk to main *****- about 10 minutes. Staff lovely. Breakfast great- plenty of food. Great omelettes. Fruit juice, bread, olives, eggs, cheese etc. cereal option. Waitresses are so friendly. People reserve sunbeds which is annoying as some don't even show up till 12-1! Beach 10-15 mins walk. Not great as full of sun beds. Also beach front restaurants think they own the beach so only went once. As asking us to pay or buy food/drink. Hotel bit dated but ok for what we expected.
