The worst hotel that can be anywhere. The air conditioner does not work in the heat, when I asked to do something they answered rudely and decided to do nothing at all. The same thing every three days, most products bought in the store and heated, fruit - watermelon added only after a week's intervention, there was never any cookie for two weeks. It's a pity to buy the option with food, because in restaurants the same is much better and cheaper. Dinner portions were slightly increased only after repeated insistence. Some of the dishes were so spicy that the children left the table hungry. This is not the norm for three stars. As for the rooms, only one of them has a fridge in the photo, in reality it's like a one-star hotel - none. TV only with free programs, of course even without Polonia, leaking air conditioners, cockroaches in the rooms are nothing extraordinary. Even one glass is provided, there is no table on the balcony or in the room, the place for the ashtray is the windowsill. The bathroom is small and has no curtain, water is pouring all over the place. Bed linen and towels were changed once in 14 days. Wi-Fi with constant lack of coverage. It's the 9th time in Turkey and I've been holidaying in the south for 35 years, but I've never seen such a standard for three stars.
