I was very pleased with the location of the hotel, and its facilities are also excellent. It provides comfortable accommodation without expecting too much. I think things would be a little better if employees just tried to communicate a little more.

potentially the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. receptionist was rude, food is absolutely awful, inedible, cold and onion rings for breakfast?? i went to dip my feet in the pool and a maintenance man pushed me head in, luckily i can swim or could of drowned. he found it funny, clearly but i did not.. nor did my family. all fizzy drinks are flat, no lift to help with luggage and we were on the 4th floor. would not recommend this place, save your money and go elsewhere

Check in was quick at midnight, 2 rooms, both very basic but a good shower and clean with air conditioning (remote is attached to the wall to stop you adjusting or stealing it). Towels or beds never changed, cleaner was in daily to make the bed and wash the floors. Pool was ok (green slime at the back wall should probably be cleaned), decent enough size and sunbeds if down at 7am were easy to get. Restaurant was a complete let down for all inclusive, worst I have ever been to. Best thing there was the bread that was delivered in. Some days the food was actually inedible and I am not a fussy eater. Cold chips and chicken breast on the bone one day so hard and dry it must have been re cooked, even the cats outside would not eat it. Desert was generally the same cake in different colours and all very dry and stale. Coffee machine constantly broken too. Pool bar was nice and soft drinks were all bottled, beer tasted like fizzy water. Staff member thought he was funny pushing my 19 year old daughter into the pool, luckily she can swim. Day before we left we asked for a late check out, manager wanted £110 for an extra 6 hours! Told him where to go on that. They cut your wristbands off when you check out at midday so no more A/I drinks from the outside bar for adults or kids (they actually called the kids in from the pool to cut thwir bands off). I have never seen this anywhere else in my life having been all inclusive for years. Would never return here if you paid me. I know you get what you pay for sometimes but you at least expect edible food. Don't say you weren't warned if you go there!

Pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews, 1. Staff, found them all to be very helpful and always smiling only slight issue we struggled on checkout at the reception desk didn’t speak English but it was 2am so just wrote on paper and left it with them. 2. Hotel, this is a small hotel but well maintained and very clean. It’s comprises of a reception area with a small bar and a few seating places inside and then a few tables outside these are mostly in the shade if you need to keep cool. Downstairs is the restaurant again small but nice (only place food is served) pool area and a bar at the top. Rest of the hotel is rooms. 3. Pool area, again small but nice loungers all around the pool, table on one said and a bar area at the top. We went mid October and didn’t find any issues with getting sun beds but I can see it being a problem if the hotel was full. ( Tip get a lounger on the left side of the pool this is the only area to get sun all day). 4. Rooms, very comfortable and large, nice shower and bathroom. Two single beds which are ok air conditioning is basic but does the job also have a nice size balcony. 5. Foods & Drink, Remember you are in a 3star so the food is very basic, breakfast is chips, boiled eggs, fruit, pancakes, meat or omelettes if you’re lucky and the chef is there. Dinner & tea are the same, chicken, beef, chips, rice, and normal salad veg & potatoes. Snacks are once a day always hotdogs cheese toasted and chips. Ice cream served between 4&5 and is very nice. Drinks are ok with effs on draft and vodka any soft drink these are the only drinks we the all inclusive rest has to be paid for. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay again. We only paid for all inclusive as it was cheap and we went out every night. There is no entertainment at all just music in the background.

Don’t book this hotel, the food is terrible most of the days (all meals) the food is cold and dosen’t taste good, the food Is also not kid friendly. The rooms do have a lot of space but they are very dirty and do not match the pictures . Me and my partner woke up and saw blood stains on the sheets which made me believe the hotel had bedbugs but I’m not sure because when we closed the balcony doors there were a lot less blood stains in the bed. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive bc you have to pay for cocktails, the only free drinks are vodka, wine and beer. If you are traveling with kids you should probably not go there bc there is no entertainment and the food is not for children. The pool water is also very cold. The staff are nice but is not very good at English. I don’t recommend this hotel!

We just got back yesterday, we loved our hotel after reading so many bad reviews on here I was sceptical but everyone has there opinion. We stayed all inclusive for a week, the food was gd we did eat out 2 or 3 times just because we fancied a change, our rooms were cleaned daily, we had to ask for clean towels but that’s not a big issue. The staff were amazing and very helpful, the only downside was that all the sun lounger were taken by about 7am and most people didn’t even use them, but if u asked the staff were more than happy to get one for u. All in we were very happy so Ty u to all the staff we had a great week at your hotel ☺️

Do not book this as a holiday package through love holidays they are a joke firstly waited 2 hr 30 mins for transfer and nobody would help us then when we got here hotel is out dated no entertainment nothing if it wasn’t for bar staff playing music on we would have nothing , rooms are ok but door must have been punched in and just filled and painted. When we got here a rep called us from hotel reception he welcomed us gave me a form about our transfers and then said he was rep and book excursions through him GABRIEL is his name please DO not book with man as we fell fraud to him and he didn’t come and pick us up for our excursion and then tried to blame us then said it was one of the 2 for 3 excursions which isn’t really that as we had paid £200 for 3 excursions me and my husband, he didn’t pick us up and then refused to give us our money back when staff called him even they were disgusted as GABRIEL was very rude, I would not recommend this hotel the food is disgusting the staff bar staff are fabulous I feel really bad for them,
