Epic Hotel

Do not book this hotel, reading the reviews before I came I thought it would be a lovely hotel. What we walked in to was absolutely disgusting. I’m not one to complain but our room was absolutely disgusting. Blood on the walls (not just our room after speaking to other guests) the shower was diabolical and our room was facing the front of the hotel where there was a bar that seemed to attract trouble. Fights until 2am. We asked for the room to be cleaned, a cleaner came up with a paper towel and water. I asked them to bring bleach in which they brought a water bottle with bleach in. We ended up bleaching the whole of the bathroom ourselves. After 2 days we finally got moved rooms which was a little better. We booked bed and breakfast but the food was in eatable. Staff were helpful after showing them photos of the blood and dirt but before showing them, they didn’t seem to care. Every time we passed reception, other guests were complaining to staff about their rooms. Not once was our room cleaned and we had to ask for fresh towels each day. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Just back from a amazing week ,staff really helpful especially the bar staff ,pool amazing really good vibe around it off a day ,only bad points ,location. ,the bars around try and out do each other in loudness ,beds not to comfy, maid only came once during are stay

Arrived end of September for 1 week, as its end of season the hotel room was tired, cracked tiles and torn wall paper. Room not cleaned once during stay, towels were changed every couple of days. If you like to go to bed before 1am then don't book here. The noise from the bars across the street is so loud. It was as if you were in the bar. The staff in the hotel are lovely, very helpful especially around the pool. The pool area is spotless and if I'm honest is the bit that saves it getting a negative review.

We stayed at Epic with my girlfriend. Our room had a pool view. We did not experience any noise problems. Only the furnishings were a little old, but we loved our room and the hotel. The staff were very friendly and we became friends with some of them. The poolside is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast did not appeal to our taste, so we ate from the poolside bar. the rooms were clean. There was no kettle, they gave us a kettle. Everything was good in epic. thank you for everything

Hotel amazing from the cleaning staff right upto management nothing too small i had problem with air con at 1am and they where straight up to sort it out for me room cleaned everyday if wanted poolside bar cocktails gorge and not too dear food gorgeous staff very friendly can't fault anything I'd definitely cone back here again it's so chilled and our rep Jane does an amazing Turkish massage and bath she's so friendly and accommodating 10/10 all round 😀

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The pool area was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with great food and a beautiful pool!
