Konakladigimiz otelin odası resimlerde görünenin dışında eksikleri ile ve yetersiz personeli,hijyen açısından vasat, restoranı kalite,hizmet,servis anlamında ozensizligi ile beklentilerimizin çok uzagindaydi.

Pro’s - right on beach
Con’s - I arrived at hotel to be greeted by a Turkish teenage boy who was very sweet but spoke zero english. He checked me into my room which was clean and a nice view. However the main ceiling light would not switch off so I asked him to call maintenance. A lady came who I think was the manager and could not fix the problem so said she would call an electrician and when I asked if that would be today she looked at me as if I was asking the impossible. Days went by and light never fixed so I didnt sleep. I had a problem with the safe and the turkish boy tried to give me a code of his choice to lock it! The night receptionist did not speak, I said hello 3 times before I received a response. I ended up checking out a day early as so unhappy and when I gave my room card in the response from Turkish boy was ‘oh’. No offer of a refund for the final night or any apologies for poor service.
Avoid this hotel, and remove the word luxury as far from it.

Worst hotel ever. Dont come to this hotel. The service was so terrible. The breakfast was even worse. Breakfast time is only 1 hour and its a really small portion and drinks are extra, even water and tea. And we got scammed really bad. We gave them our laundry and they said it will be ready on the same day, but it took 2 and a half days, and they charged us 6000 liras for the laundry. And the price list in the room says that it costs around 2000. But this old disrespectful lady named ayşe said the price list was from 2 years ago. Like how is that my problem. And when we decided to pay because it was late night and our flight was early morning, she told us that she only takes cash, which proves that these folks are just scammers and their intentions are not clear.

Fiyatına göre otel ama odaları küçük ve basık geldi, kahvaltı için gittiğimiz yerdeki çalışanlar ve kahvaltı hiç güzel değildi. Mecbur kalmadıkça kalınacak yer değil bence. Biraz daha fazla para verip daha iyi yerlerde kalınabilir.

Çalışanlarla iletişim ***et iyiydi. Temiz bir oteldi. Deniz manzaralı odaları tercih edin bence manzara çok güzel çünkü. Ufak tefek sorunlar yaşadık ama çok önemli değildi. Kahvaltısı orta halli iyiydi. Ama otelin büfesi içecek vesaire alacağınız bölümü yok. Otel altında bir mekan var kahvaltı orda yapılıyor. Ve o mekanın beachi kullanılıyor.

Nous avions choisi c’est hôtel car très proche de plage et quelques critiques positives Mais déception dès la première nuit , car trop de bruit jusqu’à 1 h 30 voir 2h30 parfois musique genre techno boîte et jusqu’à 3 h et plus, les gens qui continu avec le personnel des 2 restaurants placée sous l’hôtel qui mette musique de gogole à fond très tard . Et déjeuner le plus ridicules très mauvaise qualité tomate, olive, beurre transformer en huile fondu,fromage tiède, 1 œuf dur 1 rondelle de saucisse unmangeable en plus plus l’assiette prêt à l’envoie rester dehors et non dans les frigos avec 38 degré, je vous laisse imaginer servi dans le 1 er restaurant celui qui font du bruit car l’hôtel n’a pas de service déjeuner ni rien d’ailleurs C’est plus une pension simple qu’un hôtel La Porte d’entrée de la chambre pas étanche on c’est fait piquer par les moustiques toute la durée du séjour Un Gros cafard de 3-4 cm trouver le matin , Clim vieillotte qui refroidit rien Moteur sur le balcon donc oublier le balcon si la Clim et allumer Je vous conseille pas si vous chercher un endroit sympa et calme
