great hotel, great location, food 7/10 always something for everyone, drinks are good selection, bar and restaurant staff great, reception are polite, cleaner on level 3 is super friendly and very polite she attempts to have a conversation in english even though it’s very limited for her, she works so hard and deserves as many tips as she is donated, speedy down in the spa is always very polite, hairdresser who cut my husband and sons hair very polite, sadly my husbands nose was burnt by hot wax not being cooled enough but once the man found out he was apologetic and offered cream, the man taking the bookings doesn’t take no for an answer and very pushy, he also asked my husband why he didn’t tip him and my husband explained he tips the person who does the job, the next day he called him a B****** my husband tackled him over this but for the rest of our stay he attempted to talk to us still but i seriously didn’t have a time of day for him, you do NOT call your guests names because they didn’t tip you for making a booking, the shop staff always polite but not happy no prices on many items, ice cream is a cable on level one is is by far the best ice cream ever, breakfast go right through the restaurant and your find omelettes made to order plus you can make toasted sandwhiches out there, we do plan to return here next year

Hotel was very good and very clean..Had to get up at 6.30 to put towels down to make sure we got a sunbed..Entertainment was quite good..The beach was filthy with cigarette butt's and pieces of rubbish, it could do with a good rake and clean..The maids and bar staff are always working so hard..The food was very good with different themed food nights..ice cream free all day long..Cocktails aren't the best..We never tried the turkish bath as it was far cheaper elsewhere..Would definitely go back again if they cleaned the beach properly..

This hotel is rated a 5 star, which is very generous, more like a 3. Different travel agents rate the hotel differently. The facilities such as the pool and the private beach make the hotel what it is. Before I went I read the reviews, and people said the food was good and there was something for everyone, I found this not to be true, food was bland and it all tasted the same. The food wasn’t labelled a lot of the time. In terms of location, the marina and main part of marmaris was a good hour walk away, however if you don’t mind the walk that is fine, bus costs 55p and you can pay on card, which comes every couple of minutes. My honest opinion is that you can find better for less money.

The food was much better this year than last. What made the holiday was the entertainment team. Handsoff to Isaac Martin Rose Becky and Mento. They are fantastic, fun and they made the whole holiday enjoyable. Will miss them. Looking forward to going again next year

Geweldig hotel . Goed eten alles top. Min puntje muziek te hard bij zwembad. Maar het strand is echt geweldig en lekker rustig. Gaan zeker terug. Bedden zijn heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Super lief personeel. Kortom top. 😎🌞😎🌞😎🌞 Genoeg leuke winkels rondom hotel. Leuke boulevard om te wandelen.

Paid extra for a room with a sea view which didn’t disappoint. Lovely to wake up to in the morning. Rooms were clean & spacious. Our maid was fantastic with a friendly smile and amazing towel displays. Plenty of sun beds around the pool whatever time. Pool water was a bit cold but didn’t care as the weather was very warm. The beach is picturesque which was only a few steps from the hotel. The staff were AMAZING. Special mention to the entertainment staff Becky & Rose who were brilliant with my niece. Also thanks to Elvis 1 & 2 at the snack bar for their excellent service and to Semi who was so friendly & helpful. Booked a spa with Speedy which was amazing. Well worth it. Only slight downfall was the food. The breakfast got a bit samey so ate out sometimes. Lunch was really good but struggled at times with dinner with choice of food but do understand the hotel have to cater for all nationalities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back next year.

Becky made the holiday 100x better, go for becky, then the hotel, the food was great as well as the entertainment for all of the family to keep you busy throughout the day aswell as the evening, the bar had some options, nothing like real malibu but the options they had in instead sufficed, overall a great hotel though, no complaints

Very good, friendly place and very gorgeous hotel definitely 5 stars!! I would come back any day and visit turkey itself is gorgeous but this hotel is another level! 🤩love this place it feels like home I have made lots of friends! ❤thank you for ur welcoming us and Martin ur dancing is amazing 🤣

Went 20th Sept for 13 nights. Positives were , the hotel was clean, inside and out. Was impressed. Staff were great and friendly, in all departments. Bar , restaurant, cleaning and reception. The food was pretty nice. Once or twice it wasn't good but overall, plenty of variety. Negatives were, I felt there wasn't enough beds out . The pool wasn't the biggest, and people were allowed to put towels out at 6am , leaving those that came down later on struggling to find a bed. The beach was available and was OK and there were beds there. Also , felt the Internet was rubbish. Constantly dropping out. Was great in the room, but elsewhere was lucky if you managed to connect. Got pestered by the spa rep and hairdresser rep. Annoying but over time had a laugh in the end. Overall, nice hotel. Would look at going back.
