Grand Yazici Club Turban Termal

We visited this hotel in May earlier this year and it was so good we booked to come back in October with family. Again, we were not disappointed and on letting the hotel know we were returning were even given a room upgrade - thank you Cerhan. In fact ALL the staff are absolutely lovely and go above and beyond. The food is outstanding for an all-inclusive both in the main buffet restaurant 'Ege' or the 5 A La Carte restaurants, most of which are available at lunchtime without booking and all choice is from a menu. The seafood restaurant has an extra charge of about £30pp but don't let that put you off as the food was delicious. Pizza's in the seafront Italian are amazing and part of your AI package. Drinks are branded with a large range to choose from including nice wine, prosecco and cocktails. The coffee shop is great too serving 'costa' style coffee all day until about 11pm and again, part of your AI package. So is the ice cream stand. the cake shop and the bubble-tea van. There is an all night soup and sandwich outlet too. Entertainment is really a step up on most hotels. I don't understand the negative remarks from some as it was all there and not just DJ sets banging out like some have said. The acrobats, dancers, bands and others were there all week so open your eyes guys or ask. The Grand bar is a lovely touch too with a grand piano one night, cellist another or violin or flute player another with drinks in cut glass, air con, comfy chesterfield sofa's and again, part of your AI package. Then there is a full thermal baths area with sauna, steam room, Hamam, thermal pool and gym all at no extra cost. There is a quiet pool, normal pool, kids pool, water slide pool, thermal pool both indoor and outdoor not to mention the sea jetty's or private beach - both of which the staff are cleaning at sunrise! The rooms are excellent and spotlessly clean, maybe a little dated in style but by whose standard - Turkish or complaining Brits? There is a safe in each room without extra charge and as to the staff honesty, I even went out leaving the safe wide open with the cleaners having been in and nothing was touched. Do yourself a favour, ignore the loudmouths and negative reviews. You will not be disappointed with this hotel which feels more like a resort where many return again and again. Already booked for May 2025 and can't wait to return.

We always xone to this hotel and it is usually really good. Food is great, and rooms are nice with air con. The entertainment has gone down hill though - we came 2 years ago and there was entertainment every night like acrobats, singers, dancers etc, but now it is just loud rave music that is not needed. There was karaoke last time which was great but they have stopped this too now. Such a disappointment as was looking forward to this. Overall, good stay but let down by the evening entertainment.

Fabulous hotel staff were lovely and friendly service great room cleaned every day if I was to complain not anough Lighting at night time already Booked for next October lots of entertainment witch was good bar staff were fantastic lots of things to do if you have got children 😀 John bates

This hotel is amazing. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Can not fault this hotel at all. It is just one of the best. Hotel staff always willing to help and very friendly. If anything is wrong they will always help to resolve the issue. Food is amazing too and have a range of so many different things to choose from! Bar staff always happy even in busy times! Can not fault this place at all. I’ve been to this hotel 2 times and thinking of going again that’s how much it is amazing! Hotel is nice and clean and housekeeping always on hand if you need something in the room! If I could give it a million stars I would cause this place deserves it!

Another great visit to Grand Yazici Club Turban. Our room was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. The new beach bar set up is great and the pools are really clean and well laid out. Special mention to Saim at the main pool who helped me get set up with a nice spot every day. The entertainment team were great also, we really enjoyed the Latin band and the live concert. We found that the quality of food was not as good as it was last year which is our only quibble. The staff in the restaurant and pool bar are excellent and really made the trip memorable. We are looking forward to returning next year.
