Hotel a bit run down could do with a good carpet cleaner, food repetitive and choice minimum in restraunt, food at snack area outside better. Wi-Fi non existent in rooms so if you pay £10 a day it miraculously gets better. Pool freezing cold and guests fighting during day over kids splashing sun bathers ,one guy actually had his face cut badly. Staff were nice enough but not a great lot of entertainment. Had to ask for a second key for our room as we wanted to do different things but we're told that they were only allowed to give one keyboard per room. Sun loungers are covered in towels by early morning so unless you set an alarm there's no way you're getting a good spot, unfortunately this place is not for us.

Bloody horrible. Never go here. Staff was extremely rude. The guests were drunk and mean. There was a poo floating in the pool which had led to my friend getting a deadly E.coli infection which had swollen his liver and sent him to hospital. I would never recommend going here.

First time coming to the Julian Hotel and it's great. The people are friendly. Curly the entertainer is one of my favourites and is fun. I would come back again. The entertainment is great in the night time. The food is good and I enjoyed the swimming pool.

Would recommend this hotel and the entertainment team. They entertain all day and night. They are all great. All entertainment team interact with everyday all day to get people involved. Will come again to see all of the staff and entertainment team.

All staff are the hotel are friendly and welcoming, food is amazing especially the snack bar. YOLO entertainment are the best!!! Jay,curly, Rio,ozzy, Leo, oktay, dino, KT and Alice all work so hard to entertain everyone and they absolutely made our holiday! love all you guys!! We will definitely be returning next year to club Julian, best holiday we have had so far

the animation at this hotel was fantastic! Specially Ozzy he is great every show was engaging fun and full of energy. the team truly went above and beyond to entertain a must seee experience that made our stay unforgettable we definitely come back next year
