"I enjoyed everything as what I saw online was the same. I forgot my laptop charger and I hope to lodge this Friday again and hopefully I can get it back."

"Travelled with my friend for a one night stay. The hotel is beautiful. However, the customer service was terrible! We were placed on a floor where they were doing renovations and not informed, no information was provided regarding amenities and when we inquired about the pool, all they did was provide us a piece of paper indicating the pool closed at 7pm on a weekend. The beds were extremely soft and the blankets were so stiff it was “loud”. We were looking forward to enjoying what the hotel had to offer but unfortunately, it was far from being a good stay."

"Great location, easy access to highway 404 and lots of restaurants. Facilities are a bit old but still functional, beds are super comfy, my kids love it very much. We stayed 5 nights and slept very well."

"Normally check in time is at 3pm fortunately our room was available so we can check in earlier. Staff at reception were very politely and friendly. We were a group of 3 adults and reserved a two queen room which was tidy and towels were clean. Surely we will consider to stay at this hotel again if we plan to travel next time."

"Very poor check-in service where questioning their customers and without considering their customers and to the extent they do not like international customers.  Poor varieties for breakfast without no bread (only bagels) and without any hot food.  No lift!!  No any consideration for possible late check out time, even staying for 3 days.  I wont be choosing such premises for any of my next stays"
