ho alloggiato presso questa struttura a settembre 2024. struttura pulita e cogliente, personale della sala poco professionale e scortese con favoritismi. colazione molto basica e con extra a pagamento, cena piatti basici e porzioni poco abbondanti per il costo. posizione scomoda se non si è automuniti. Camere molto lontane e con scalinate da fare. Camere obsolete Odore di muffa e scarichi nelle camere Bagni anni ‘60 Mancanza di professionalità per le prenotazioni: prenotata e pagata suite con balcone, soggiornato in una camera anni 60 senza balcone. Spiaggia piccolissima adiacente ad un porticciolo, con tutti i disagi collegati a questo.

Veri e propri LADRI. Ti obbligano a pagare 20€ di parcheggio al giorno una cosa mai vista prima, dato che non hai possibilità di parcheggiare all’esterno. Servizio bar con dei prezzi che non esistono, tralasciando il fatto che non c’è mai nessuno ad accoglierti e non esiste servizio a tavolo. Personale alla reception molto scortese, soprattutto la signora.

Albergo prenotato e pagato un anno prima .A 2 settimane dalla partenza ci è stato detto che l' hotel era in overbooking, e che quindi venivamo rimborsati.L' hotel ha preferito prendere per lo stesso periodo 2 gruppi , mandando noi in overbooking.Per me questa è una mancanza di serietà.Ovviamente della struttura non posso dire nulla perché non abbiamo avuto modo di soggiornarci.Adesso mi ritrovo a prendere il primo hotel disponibile per lo stesso periodo( sempre se sì trova).Ditemi se tutto questo sia normale.VERGOGNA !!!!

Soggiornando in una casa facente parte del complesso generale, molto bello al modo dei borghi delle 5 Terre, non posso valutare l’hotel. Ma ho usufruito di alcuni servizi, e sono risultati molto efficienti in particolare il noleggio gommoni e la pizzeria. Il servizio per i gommoni è stato preciso, gentile e tutto sommato adeguato anche nel costo. La pizzeria è stata una vera sorpresa. Ad iniziare dal pizzaiolo verace napoletano, una rarità di questi tempi. La qualità delle materie prime, la sapienza nel preparare l’impasto e la perfezione della cottura nel forno a legna ottengono un risultato degno di un esercizio a se stante. E non solo un supporto al ristorante. Tra l’altro ha anche numerosi bei tavolini di pietra lavica a un metro dall’acqua del porticciolo di Porto Oro. Tralascio la farraginosità per pagare, sempre originata dalla dipendenza dal ristorante

Accoglienza e personale educato e professionale La Struttura si trova in posizione strategica immersa nel verde ma nello stesso tempo con una piccola spiaggia riservata comoda e molto utile Mi dispiace non poter lasciare un ottima recensione per quanto riguarda la parte del ristorante qualità prezzo senza senso di logica e la sorpresa finale senza avvisarci al check IN o quanto meno informarci visto che non è scritto da nessuna parte il parcheggio ha un costo di ben 27€ al giorno dove inoltre ci è stata tamponata la macchina da quella parcheggiata accanto EVIDENTISSIMO e chiedendo dopo aver trovato la sorpresa chiediamo assistenza in reception nessuno ci ha assistito o meglio la risposta è stata: ‘Non riusciamo a rintracciare in Signori in camera’. Per non commentare sulla camera piena di formiche che ci siamo riportai a casa!!! I fatti accaduti commentano da sé ! Sconsigliato!!!

The hotel has a wonderful location overlooking the Gulf of Marinella which in itself makes everything more beautiful. It is located a few km from the enchanting beach of La Marinella and not far from the main towns of the Emerald Coast. The hotel is equipped with various comforts, the staff is polite and helpful. Special praise to the chef. We had the half board formula and every evening we could choose the full à la carte menu. Every dish we ate was sophisticated and delicious. Breathtaking sunset over the pool. The stay was overall really pleasant. We'll be back!

We exchanged our points for supposedly a 4-5 * resort. The room allocated smelled of damp very badly. There was black mold in the bathroom and the bedroom walls. This room was a health hazzard. We asked to be moved but told they were full. We checked out the next morning. AVOID this place
