Non è la prima volta che i rechiamo al Tombolo Talasso Resort. Abbiamo sempre trovato un ambiente rilassante e piacevole e se ci si reca nel periodo estivo si può usufruire anche della spiaggia privato. Per la prima volta abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione. Il cibo è eccellente e la gentilezza , simpatia e professionalità del capo sala del ristorante Giovanni ti accoglie piacevolmente. Tutto lo staff dell’albergo è molto professionale e gentile. Torneremo presto!

Un posto molto rilassante per trascorrere due giorni in inverno con il proprio amore ! Ottimi prezzi per i pacchetti di coppia.. S.p.A. Arricchita con tante vasche …tutto molto curato !! Ottima cena ,con deliziosi piatti,gentilezza e accortezze dei camerieri sopratutto del sig Giovanni..!!! Sicuramente ci ritorneremo ..relax …!!!

L'ultimo soggiorno risale a qualche giorno fa, tre giorni di serenità e di goduria della vita. La professionalità, la solarità, la gentilezza e disponibilità assoluta delle persone che lavorano, in qualsiasi settore e/o attività, non è eguagliabile a nessun'altra parte, almeno da quanto da noi riscontrato. Questa volta aggiungo che, l'ultimo massaggio mi ha regalato uno stato di grazia per tutta la serata, grazie Elisa sei stata meravigliosa. Come meravigliose/i sono tutte/i nella stupenda SPA, grazie ragazze/i della vostra dedizione e cura. Grazie al Direttore che ha fatto si che questo Resort sia magico.

Data la fana, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, soprattutto una maggior cura dei dettagli, che spesso fanno la differenza! Struttura sicuramente di lusso, ma parcheggio da rifare, fangoso, poco capiente e scomodo. Ottimo il servizio e grande gentilezza e professionalità del personale. SPA molto appariscente, con buoni servizi, ma da manutenere meglio (alcune pulsantiere non funzionanti) e sinceramente troppo affollata. Bella, invece, la parte sauna/relax/hammam/massaggi. Stanze grandi e ben fornite, ma anche qui carenze manutentive (luci rotte, paraspifferi staccati, riscaldamento a fasi alterne). Frigobar con solo bevande e senza snack. Colazione abbondante e ben fornita e sala comune molto bella e comoda con anche musica dal vivo. Ristorante non provato. Insomma, nel complesso una buona struttura, ma sopravvalutata nel rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Hotel Tip Top -
Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Zimmer schön gross und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund dort. Wir bekamen ein Hundebett, Handtuch und Näpfe aufs Zimmer. Leider durfte der Hund nicht mit ins Restaurant, so mussten wir das Abendessen seperat an der Bar einnehmen. Zum Frühstück mustten wir nacheinander ins Restaurant gehen. Für den Hund mussten wir 35 Fr pro Tag zahlen.

Spiaggia molto bella e pulita, centro benessere bello, cucina ottima, per il resto è stata una delusione, camere (nonostante fosse una deluxe) con arredamenti vecchi e logori, poltrone coi i rivestimenti sporchi e se ci battevi su la mano si alzava una nube di polvere. Bagno vecchio con la cracia nei bordi, doccia dentro una vasca da bagno dove dovevi prestare attenzione ad entrare perché lo spazio tra la vasca e il water era limitato Pulizie in camera lasciavano desiderare, considerato che si tratta di un 5 stelle e si paga come un 5 stelle sarebbe gradito non trovare la sabbia sul tavolino avere il sapone per la doccia nel contenitore e non dover sempre rincorrere le domestiche ….. Frigo bar con succhi di frutta mezzi bevuti oppure non correttamente rifornito Insomma una delusione , altro che 5 stelle potrebbe passare a 3 Ci sono 4 stelle in Toscana che gli bagnano il naso

Assolutamente non da 5 stelle. Camere datate con mobilia rovinata, doccia piccolissima(sto parlando di una suite) senza neanche il termo arredo e odore di sigaretta in stanza. Arrivati il sabato con prenotazione per la SPA alle 15:30. Entriamo nella SPA e non riusciamo a trovare un lettino per potersi sdraiare, inconcepibile, eravamo venuti solo per quello. Fiumana di gente e sporco nelle vasche, tutto perché fanno entrare anche gli esterni(oltretutto facendo anche il Friday). Grave pecca per una struttura a 5 stelle che non tutela assolutamente chi vi soggiorna e paga profumatamente. La colazione è di qualità.
