Buradaki fotoğraflar ile odaların alakası yok, odalar standart ucuz otel seviyesinde, tek güzel yeri kahvaltı yapılan bölümde dışarı çıkarsanız, ortalama temizlik var, hizmet zorla alınıyor, eğer çok ucuz ise kalınabilinir ancak fiyatlar aynı ise burayı tercih etmeyin.

Merhaba Babil konağı çalışanları 6 Ekim de geldik 10 Ekim de çıktık yılda 3 kez geliyoruz Mardin'e bir arkadaşımızın tavsiyesi üzerine burada kaldık iyi ki kalmışik herşeyiyle mükemmel özellikle 1034 nolu oda tam bir konak odası daha doğrusu king suit. Mahmut bey özellikle herşey için teşekkürler görüşmek üzere. Tavsiye ediyoruz.Kahvaltida höşmerim ilginç ama bn çok severim hiç tahmin etmemiştim..Bizim oranın tatlısı normalde Mardin'de uyarlanması çok güzel...Deneyin.

El hotel está muy ubicado en el centro de Mardin. De fácil acceso para personas con movilidad reducida excepto el desayuno que la escalera es muy incómoda. Deberían ofrecer el desayuno en la habitación para personas que no pueden subir fácilmente escaleras. El hotel necesita un buen trabajo de mantenimiento. De hecho están haciéndolo. Como Hasan que nos cambió el Minibar hasta el 3 ocasiones y revisó la cerradura de la habitación. Gracias a Mahmut (el único que habla algo de inglés en el hotel) por cuidarnos y preocuparse durante nuestra estancia. Personal bastante amable. Limpieza de habitaciones muy buena. Buen colchón y almohada. Buen desayuno. Precio calidad de 10.

Eski mardin merkezinde tarihi bir konak. Temiz odalar yeterli, yatak rahat, banyo yeterince geniş. Tek kişilik oda da kaldım. Buzdolabı ve Tv var odalarda. Kahvaltısı standart otel kahvaltısı ama omlet, papates kızartması be sigara böreği de getiriyorlar. Çay kahve su ve meyve suyu var.

The hotel is pretty tired and dated but maybe fitting being in Old Mardin. Not sure how it compares to other hotels here. I’d say it was expensive for what it is if it weren’t for our room’s absolutely amazing balcony and the views it provides across the Mesopotamian plain. Fantastic. Staff were very helpful.

Hotel location is good , walking distance to everywhere . Except this , Will not say anything possitive. Let me start for room ; room was totaly dirty and requested from housekeeping to clean.bath room was terrible , no shower area and everywhere got wet after shower and very slippy. Heating system was working so loudly. Breakfast was so so . Overall didnt enjoy. Doesnt deserve the money which i paid.
