Relais Rossar Boutique Hotel Garda & Hills

Very nice hotel in the hills above Lake Garda, in a very large and very well-kept area. But the price-performance ratio is not right. Three days for 1000.00 euros is too much for the many defects that the lady did not want to hear on the day of check-out. Her only comment was that everyone else thought it was great. But she did not ask us whether we liked it and had no interest in constructive criticism. The pool has a wobbly handrail for getting in, screws are loose. The plastic sheet in the pool is rippling and the verdigris in the corners needs to be removed. Not to mention the missing depth marking. The room was large and spacious and the bed was very good. The fittings in the bathroom are in a desolate state and not worthy of a hotel in this price category. I simply cannot imagine that the other guests think this is great, as claimed. The breakfast is very good and the really lovely ladies in the service made our stay special, who go out of their way to look after their guests from morning to night. Last but not least, the elevator was still not repaired after 3 days of being broken and the lady at the reception made no attempt to ask if we needed help as the parking lot was one level below. P.S.: we had never seen this lady in the three days before we left. Conclusion: The basics are good, but work needs to be done on maintenance, renovation, renewal and cleanliness.

English: The location where the hotel is located is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable as well as modern, well equipped and aesthetically very beautiful. However, the quality of the service does not reflect the quality of the rooms or the asking price: the staff, although polite, is very little present, especially in the pool area and the care towards the guests seemed a little lacking. We left our car parked under the pergola adjacent to the structure to find it all dirty from the calcareous irrigation water. Moreover, it is a particularly expensive new car (Porsche Cayenne) so not even the car wash was enough to clean the remaining limestone residues, but a body shop will be needed to eliminate the remaining stains and polish it. Given the considerable price (definitely higher than the average of other structures with the same stars) we would have expected a very different type of service and attention to detail. The standard shown is certainly not acceptable when the price is comparable to structures with more stars and cannot be justified only by the beauty and comfort of the rooms and the location.

Everything perfect, wonderful room, very kind staff, maximum cleanliness, it was really a great discovery, it is worth highlighting the idea of ​​the hot tub on the balcony of the room reachable by a private staircase. I didn't know the place but it is certain that I will return.

Great location with a family atmosphere where you feel well looked after and comfortable. Everything is clean and well-kept, from the garden to the lobby to the rooms. We would love to come back and can only recommend the Relais. Unfortunately there is no actual kitchen. However, there are more than enough places to eat in the area, even within walking distance.
