Exceptional is an understatement, we had the most amazing time during our 4 night stay. The restaurants served 5 star meals, the service was above and beyond, and the rooms/property were perfectly thought out, down to the last detail. Even with heavy rain that cut power for an entire day during our stay, the staff did everything within their power to make it a memorable and positive experience. Will definitely be coming back to experience this oasis again.

Opgelet voordat u boekt want: Een waanzinnig mooi hotel maar je hebt 's nachts geen nachtrust. Het hotel biedt een ownersclub soort nachtclub en een giga grote lounge met nachtleven met name voor rijke locals, De beat van de DJ gaat tot 3 uur in de nacht door. Er zijn ook geen kamers waar je zonder geluidoverlast kunt slapen. Ons koffiezet apparaat danste op de tafel. Geen oog dicht gedaan. We hebben een persoonlijke brief achter gelaten aan de manager en helaas geen reactie

Het was een topverblijf. Supermooi allemaal. Veel zwembaden, erg goed ontbijt, mooie kamer en aardige/behulpzame mensen. Het enige minpuntje is dat je veel geluid van buiten de gang hoort. Onze baby is daar meerdere keren door wakker geworden, overdag en ‘s avonds. Maar we komen zeker terug.

byliśmy już 5 razy i jak zawsze - super doświadczenie:) śniadania w nobu - chiringuito jedne z najlepszych w europie. Dodatkowo samo nobu restaurant i sea grill 5/5. Cały resort naprawdę jest tak dobry, że chce się wracać. Świetny cutomer service, obsługa na whatsapp. Szeroki wachlar działań powoduje, że nawet jeśli w pozostałych restauracjach jak lena doświadczenie jest na gorszym poziomie, to o tym szybko zapominasz:) S

Indifferent staff poor customer service. Credit card charged twice. Phoned hotel twice but still no refund our explanation. Hotel rather shabby. Room service can take hours. Room cleaning late on afternoon. ………………………. ………………………………..
