The hotel itself has a good structure, but leaves a lot to be desired in terms of security and quality of the rooms. The Hotel is on a hill, which is why it is called Alto do Cruzeiro, from the top you have a beautiful view, like a viewpoint, which is open to the public, and a visitation fee of R$ 3.00 is charged. Therefore, strange people come in all the time, leaving guests without any security, considering that the inn is not monitored by hotel staff, there is no receptionist, there is only one doorman who does all the work, checks in, opens the gate, carries bags . In the end I didn't find a Safe Inn, I stayed in room 10 where there is only one door, no window, ceiling with cracked plaster lining, dirty walls, bathroom with no window, no place to hang clothes, when we arrived late in the afternoon the room was an oven. Good breakfast with some options, polite and helpful staff. Restaurant doesn't work, guesthouse doesn't have any type of commerce around. City center far from the inn, you need a car or cars via apps, Fenix or Vip Select. Pousada has a beautiful view, clean and organized.
