Excelente estadía , servicio muy bueno de recepción , valet parking y desayuno . Si bien el Hotel tiene sus años , mantiene su nível . No cuenta con mini bar en la habitación . Todo muy bueno . Por la e´poca del año no estaba la salida al Balneario habilitada .

Como puntos buenos: habitación correcta, camas cómodas y amplias, ropa de cama moderna. El desayuno es variado y el hotel en general es una reliquia. Espacios muy amplios y vista inmejorable desde el comedor y habitaciones que dan al mar. Sin embargo, necesita más mantenimiento. Había humedad en el ropero y en la cochera, como ejemplos. El baño está hecho a nuevo pero necesita mejorar el aseo.

La decoración es lúgubre, los pasillos tienen olor a humedad. La habitación no tiene ni frigobar ni una pava eléctrica. Buen desayuno. El hotel debería estar a la altura del edificio que ocupa y poner en valor ese lugar emblemático de Mar del Plata.

Hotel amplio y suntuoso, entrás en el túnel del tiempo, difícil encontrar este tipo de arquitectura actualmente. Personal amable y muy atento. Todo funcionando en perfecto estado y brilla el orden y la limpieza de todas las áreas. Piletas cubiertas acordes al resto del hotel

El NH Gran Hotel Provincial, es el mejor 5 estrellas de Mar del Plata. Tiene, las mejores piscinas, las ofrecen en una extendida franja horaria, la pulcritud es envidiable,la blanquería y vajillas superlativa. Pero quiero destacar el trato del personal, que posee larga antigüedad en sus puestos, ya que cada vez que voy, son las mismas personas, lo que habla de respeto a huésped. Lo que más me fascina, es que la escuela de hotelería que utiliza el establecimiento, que recuerda a las épocas de esplendor de la Perla del Atlántico. Estar en este hotel, me retrotrae a mis años de niñez y adolescencia, cuando esta ciudad era uno de los más importantes balnearios a nivel mundial. Qué vuelvan las épocas de oro de la Feliz!.

Excelente la atención en recepción, y los chicos del estacionamiento, siempre amables y con predisposición, desayuno abundante y variado, se disfruta mucho la pileta climatizada, horarios amplios. Las masajistas del Spa muy profesionales y cálidas. Solo sugeriría q la cena tuviera una carta más amplia, pero más simple y agregaría más días, no solo viernes y sabado. Ubicación preferencial, todo está cerca. Sin dudas volvemos pronto.

Como siempre, impecable todo en el hotel, atención, instalaciones, limpieza, tranquilidad etc. El personal atento, agradable, bien dispuesto a solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Las piscinas cubiertas y el sector, muy bien mantenidos.

Excelente atención... en un ambiente precioso. Un placer la estadía, el servicio de comidas... solo pediría que el bar del hotel permanezca abierto hasta un poco más tarde ya que fuera de temporada no es tan sencillo dónde encontrar en los alrededores para tomar algo después de cenar

Hermoso y majestuoso hotel, el personal no puede ser mas amable y servicial!!! El servicio de desayuno muy bueno, lo que no se comprende como en hotel 5 estrellas, lo huevos revueltostiene un valor adicional. La habitacion de Lujo con vista al mar es hermosa y las vistas lo son tambien.
